Yesterday 5/10, I went to get a coffee and asked for two cream in my coffee and it looked like they put 6 cream. It was more white than a ghost. The place wasn't even busy, there was nobody at the speaker when I pulled up and there was one person at the window so they had no excuse to screw up my order. They were ju$t almost like gossiping about some stuff that won't matter because most of them are a bunch of kids who don't care. I will be calling the manager to see if my issues at only this Dunkin' can be rectified. Also when you ask for less ice they still full the cup up with a lot of ice. The purpose of asking for less ice is get more drink and not pay for ice.i don't go to Dunkin' to pay for ice. If I wanted to do that I ce go to ShopRite and buy a whole bag of it

The only reason I go here is because it’s the closest Dunkin’ to me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants good coffee or food anything for that matter. They never get anything right. The coffee is either so strong it’s bitter and so weak you can see through it. I would post a picture of my iced cappuccino but I can’t.it’s light at the top and dark on the bottom half. It’s gross. This specific Dunkin’ doesn’t deserve any stars. The staff are friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of quality you provide in your coffee, other drinks and food. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever went to! I have had 3 experiences and each time has been worse than the last. I ordered a toasted bagel and emphasized very,very little butter and what did I get a cold bagel with so butter much butt it was gooping out the sides and through the center hole it was literally DISGUSTING! now lets talk coffee how can you screw up coffee!!!! well they are experts the coffee was old and drenched in sugar! this DD needs to seriously get their act together or hire older people that can handle a job because the group of young girls working there are not listening, not reading the orders and simply dont care... I gave you 3 opportunities and all 3 times it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!! never again and the good reviews you show must be the employees to owners trying to balance the true negative reviews. This is the single worst Dunkin I ever went to!!!! if they are this ignorant in swerving orders I can only imagine how dirty it must be in...
