McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Wawarsing

Horrible managers and employees, don’t trust them with your money! In ellenville high school, there is an annual fundraiser that allows people to buy discount cards from the students that are good for local businesses. This year there was a discount where if you buy a large sandwich, you get one free. This has worked many times before except once when a manager told me I couldn’t use it for a specific sandwich and to choose another, before I paid. Last night, instead of telling me that I couldn’t use the card, the cashier charged me for two sandwiches then refused to give me my receipt. When I confronted him, he said that the manager will fix it at the next window. Instead, the manager told me to pull up to the curb. I asked him about why I was charged twice and he said that the card is not valid for the sandwich I ordered. I've lived by this McDonald's since they put it in ellenville maybe.....35 years ago??. I very rarely complain about mych.. but for the last few years I have to call the McDonald's complaint line... I have no idea what happened but things range from hair in food to 75% of getting the order correct... but what really gets me is how they make you pull over and park, wait, and they bring it out..for a drink only, a chess burger only.. you have to check your order the second you get it, because more than likely, after all that waiting understandably, you'll still have to get out of your car and correct your order...you don't want to pick up food for you or your family at home, and find out that your food isn't what you ordered... and I can't figure out why this is happening. I don't know why this is always happening..also..theres no light and you could spend up to 5 to 10 minutes pulling out of the McDonald's...ugh..fast food is bad enough, but this place is...

Not a good review! After giving my order Drive thru lane did not move at all for 5 minutes I had put my car in Park. The speaker asked again for my order and I asked why the line isn't moving, no response. When it did move although slowly we finally reached the pick up window we received our order and my coffee was supposed to have cream and Slenda on the side. We pulled away and realized there's was no cream or Splenda and I had to walk back to the pick up window. When I got back in my car a McDonald's employee with a bag in her hand asked if we ordered Doughnut Sticks, which we didn't. What a mixed up business experience. Then when around the corner when we stopped to open our food which was the wrong order it was almost cold including my coffee. I been using McDonald's for over 50 years and this was the worst...
