Filling Station Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Webster

Without a doubt, one of the best Pub & Grill establishments in all of Western, NY. To date, I haven't found a pub & grill with employees as gorgeous (especially the bartender) or friendly, as those who work at the Filling Station.

First you'll wanna quickly stop by & see the bartender named, (Shannon) & treat your taste buds (and your eyes) to a uniquely refreshing & intoxicating experience second to none in Western NY.

Once seated, the waitresses quickly cater to your every whim, with noticeable enthusiasm & charming charisma. This positive attitude compliments the awesome service the owner's (a brother & sister duo) had the good sense to foster & encourage.

Then, as if by magic, the enormous meal you ordered just a moment ago promptly arrives & plunges your senses into a deluge of delight, with mouth-watering aromas made evermore effervescent & irresistible by the steam arising from the piping hot grilled cuisine.

And once you've eaten your fill, you'll wanna revisit the bar & gaze at the bartenders gorgeous smile, while quenching that primal thirst of yours. Just be sure to have a DD. Because the drinks, just like the food, is of the...

Absolutely unacceptable! If the food wasn't good, would never go. Waited on hold for over 25 min to put in a to go order. Had to drive there and physically put the order on while still waiting on hold (yes, was still on the phone when I showed up). Then your bartender lied to me and said there were so many to go orders she was backed up but when I entered the building she was shooting the shit with customers and not a single person at the door waiting for food nor did a single person walk in and pick up a to go order while I was waiting. Get someone to help take care of to go orders because the bartender can't take care of the bar and take to go orders at the same time. Maybe the hostess can help her since I saw her walking around doing nothing the entire time I was there. Your customers are the ones being punished in all this. If your a true business owner you will take that to heart....

Very disappointed all the way around. Ordered our food online, not our first time, at 7pm. Our food was supposed to be ready at 8:00pm. I patiently waited inside for another half hour. We ordered 2 kid’s meals, 2 entrees and one side order of bam bam shrimp, over $65. The picture attached is my husbands $16+ fish dinner. I am speechless. Where are the fries? And you only get one side with this meal. In the past we realized they aren’t the most generous with portions but this is completely unacceptable. And who has the time and energy to go back? We won’t be returning here ever again. Bar tender was very nice but it doesn’t make up for all the up charges and then this tiny portion. ...
