Pizza King — Restaurant in Town of Wellsville

I've driven from Rochester to eat here like once a week (when I lived away from the area). It's the best pizza I've ever had. I've eaten LaNovas and Chester Cab. I've had pizza from seemingly every place in Western New York (this includes some gas stations that have great pizza too) - and unbiasedly: Pizza King is the best. Hands down. Period. Their gluten free pizza is actually rather good. My fiancee and I went because it's the only place in town that offers gluten free. We were a little wary since it's not a dedicated gluten free place, but she was able to eat it fine without any reactions. Gave it three stars for a couple of reasons. Crust was a bit hard and extra pepperoni meant I only got two extra slices per piece of pizza. I suppose for a $1 more, I shouldn't complain, but oh well. So overall, not bad, but room for...

I ate at Pizza King when in the area for work, I was very pleased. Being from the midwest, I was excited to try some good New York pizza, and Wellsville was my only stop in the state other than the airport. Some crazy lady on the sidewalk recommended Pizza Hut, but I figured she was just crazy. Pizza King appeared to be the only other place, and damn was I happy!

On the off chance I ever drove thru that part of the state again, I'd for sure stop at Pizza King...
