Still Water Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Wellsville

Wow. Friends of ours live in Wellsvilleand we came over for food. Highly disappointed and most of our group had the same experience. Karen the drunk older waitress that reaked of booze. Didn't order anyones appetizers. Blamed the pos system's. So I ordered a rare burger came out. Well done. Back in reorder it and after 22 minutes I went in and asked her to cancel my order. They still have not processed my order. There's 12 people in the whole facility. My girlfriend ordered chicken tenders with the $4.99 upgrade of loaded french fries and they brought out a side order with raw bacon nacho cheese and sour cream squirted out of a toothpaste dispenser. They've never sent out management to apologize. They forgot all of our appetizers or to apologize. They cooked my food everything properly before we were hanging out. Now we've been sitting here for another half an hour. Waiting for our check and Karen are and our waitress is at the bar doing shots. Plan on spending your money don't ever come here. I can't comment on the restaurant atmosphere because I've only ever ordered delivery from here. I've ordered a few different things. I didn't really like the onion rings. The breading was mushy and the onion itself was too raw for my liking. I did love the sauce that they served with the rings though. I ordered a burger twice. The first time there were bits of gristle in the burger and I was sceptical about ordering one again but I gave it a try and the second time it was better. The rolls they serve it on are great. I can highly recommend the chicken finger sub and the cheesy garlic bread. That was the best garlic bread I have ever tasted anywhere! The deep fried raspberry cheesecake rolls were very sweet. Too sweet in my opinion but I'm sure there are people out there with a sweet tooth who will love them. As someone else said the portions are a very good size. Honestly the trip was just kinda bleh. The waitstaff has very polite, just seemed as if they didn’t know what they were doing. My girlfriend said her burger was amazing which I’m happy for but my philly cheese steak was a complete and udder waste of my money. It was just onions with cheese on it. I had very little (and I mean very little) meat on it. We ordered two fountain drinks and when we got our refills the soda was flat. We were charged for the refills that we didn’t even drink. When I paid my bill I asked for a copy of the receipt and was told they need to keep it for credit card charges. The restaurant is very clean and placed in such a nice place. All the staff was nice but there was just so many flaws. I’ll probably give it a second go at some point but the service isn’t as good as some other ...
