So I placed an order for pizza and wings online to pickup. I wanted one order of wings for 5.25 with pizza and the total was 23.. When I picked up the order it was $29... I didn't think much of it because I thought maybe it was taxed or something. As I was driving home I opened the wing box and realized there were 10 wings instead of 5. I called them back and I asked the girl why were there 10 when I only wanted 5 and was I charged for 10? She told me yeah there's something wrong with the website and there's no button for her to charge me for just five EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE OFFERED FIVE WINGS...so they have to charge me for 10.!!??? I said if somebody is expecting to pay 23 and you charge them 29, that's not right. that's stealing!!!!!!She said it's a problem with their website and if it's a BIG DEAL that I could come back and get the difference as if I should just allow them to keep an extra $6 when I didn't ask to have 10 wings. YEAH IT'S A BIG DEAL. EVEN IF IT WAS AN EXTRA DOLLAR THAT THEY TOOK THAT'S MY MONEY. Imagine they do this to every customer that orders something and no one closely looks at the receipt. That's a lot of money and it seems like a scam to me. They sure are pocketing a lot of extra money this way. She didn't say sorry she didn't say let me check with my boss let me fix it for you nothing she just acted like it was normal to take my money. Reporting them to Better...
Read moreGot pickup here twice. A couple of slices the first time to try it out, then a whole pizza, chicken fingers, and garlic knots the next. The pizza is BIG, thin crust, NY style pizza, which, honestly, reminds me of Sbarro's, in a good way. When I lived in Syracuse, I used to go to Trapper's quite a bit, and it is almost identical. Flavor is good, pepperoni is the very thin, flat stuff, but not bad. The chicken wing (finger?) pizza is really good. The chicken fingers and garlic knots left a bit to be desired, but overall I was happy with everything. I'll probably stop in for a slice here or there, maybe grab a pie on the way home when we get tired of the local places. I love Buffalo pizza, but sometimes I want something a little thinner, and this fits the bill - throwing it in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up the crust and melt the cheese before they serve it to you is a big selling point, too. The employees could stand to have a sunnier disposition all around, but they're working hard, so it can be hard to do that all day with a smile. Just feels like they don't want to be there, and it shows. Doesn't affect the quality of the food, just the pick-up experience, especially...
Read moreWORST PLACE EVER!! I called for a delivery to get wings and asked for medium with buffalo sauce on them. The lady that took my order was nice. I got my delivery and the wings were plain. I called them back and said it looks like I got the wrong order i asked for wings with sauce and my wings are plain. The girl said hold on one moment and got the manager on the phone. I told her the same issue and she said she personally put the sauce on the wings so I know you're lying. I told her that maybe I got the wrong order or something and she said I was accusing her of lying. I said I wasnt accusing her of anything I just know theres no sauce on my wings. She told me I can either come to the restaurant and show her the wings or I can shut up and deal with it and then she hung up on me. I tried to callback and she said to get a lawyer and that she doesnt care. Her name was aphrodite and I never been talked to like that in my entire life. Extremely unprofessional and I'll never order here ever again. My entire job of 168 people will never be ordering here again and we are all putting reviews. I even have the recording of the...
