Up a Creek — Restaurant in Town of Wilmington

Me and my buddy were staying in Wilmington for the week and decided to look for a bait shop around the area to do some fly fishing but we are also really big foodies and on occasion will wonder off and go to a restaurant we find interesting as we walked in we looked at the store for a bit and then decided to look at a menu and as we were talking to the lady about the area and food she recommended the the Cheeseburger and Chicken Sandwich and said they are the best things in the menu so that’s exactly what we ordered and when I tell you she was not lying that was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had cooked to perfection and the chicken sandwich was just INCREDIBLE everything about it from the sauce to the patty and the coleslaw it was AMAZING we also ended up ordering the ice cream cake and that was also AMAZING service was great the people were amazing overall...

It was Tuesday and on a whim we decided to drop in. We started out with the corn ribs, which was something I’ve never had before and no, it’s not ribs. It’s actually corn on the cob sliced and quarters with a aïoli maple sauce and it was amazing. I had the Cantina bowl and I have to say it was fresh and filling. My companion had the nachos and the chicken tortilla soup, which lucky for me I was able to eat for her. It wasn’t because she didn’t like it. She just doesn’t eat as much as I do.
