I’ve been to several A&W locations before, but this one in Wilmington, NY truly stands out. From the moment we walked in as a family of three, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and even arranged the table to comfortably seat us.

Our server, Hannah-Joy, deserves special recognition—she completely understood the assignment when we asked to split the bill three ways. She grouped our orders flawlessly, and everything arrived without a hitch. The food was just what you’d expect from A&W—classic, satisfying, and served promptly.

So bad we never even ordered food. We arrived late, and the waiter rudely pointed out that they were closing soon. We took that in stride and didn't want an already negative experience to get worse so we picked up to leave. Being unfamiliar with the area we asked this kid if he could recommend another place to eat. All we got out of him was a terse "No".
