You know when you really want to like something and you keep trying to see the best in something? That’s Wild Fusion for me. I’ve made the mistake of going three times in hopes of having a good experience. Unfortunately, that never happened.
First Visit - food was okay, but I couldn’t believe my eyes when the busser walked by our table, and deposited a small handful of garbage on our table and walked away. I was dumbfounded and had no idea what to say.
Second visit - Food was mediocre and a dish featuring tri-colored peppers, onions, and a protein came with two small green peppers. loads of onions, and a small amount of chicken. I informed our server this was not as described in the menu and he sort of shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
Third and final visit - food was okay, but it was a take out order and we had called in advance asking for it to be ready at a specified time. They ended up forgetting about our order and didn’t place it with the kitchen until I came in at the specified time. 25 minutes later as I was paying for it, I asked for a discount for the error. I was told they couldn’t do that without their manager, who was absent. This was the same server from visit two who was getting quite skilled at dodging any accountability.
The food is okay at best, and the service/management even less so. After giving them three chances, this is now a hard...
Read moreCalling all Chinese food lovers, I've been eating at Wild Fusion since they opened, I also frequent their sister restaurant Flame. As you can see I love my Chinese food! I ate at Wild Fusion last night with my daughter and ordered Mango Shrimp but "replaced" the Shrimp with Chicken, The bill came and the dish was $26, I called over the manager (I think he was the manager) and explained how Shrimp costs more than Chicken could they possibly reduce the price of the dish to be more inline and of course I got a blank stare and a comment of "that's not how we do it.". What does that mean? I would consider myself a frequent, good customer as they know me - adjusting the bill would have been the right thing to do. I'm getting so angry these days of restaurants not caring about their customers. Wild Fusion also charges for spicy Mayo and Hot mustard (which btw they do not supply anymore). I'm very disappointed, whatever happened to taking care of the customer, a loyal customer no less. Not sure if anyone else has experience this at Wild Fusion. I'm getting tired of it! I need to find a new Chinese restaurant. ...
Read moreWe always go to this place for great food, even though we live 25 minutes-so disappointed and will NEVER go back!! Ordered take out- ordered spare ribs- very greasy, ordered vegetable fried rice, extra veggies, absolutely no egg in it, very greasy and flavorless, also ordered shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp and extra egg- zero egg, no extra shrimp, greasy and flavorless-ate an order of California roll while waiting for the take out- when we got home and started eating, we were really upset at the lack of quality of the food and especially since it was $63 plus cash tip. Called the restaurant to tell them and the receptionist said that the MANAGER SOPHIE wanted us to drive back 25 minutes with the fried rice for a refund?? Can you imagine asking customers who come to your place from 25 minutes each way to come back and bring the rice for a refund FOR EXTREMELY sub par food??? Very insulting and outrageous. Never again! Don't waste your time...
