I ordered a Chicken 65 Roll and Chicken Shawarma, and I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Both items are supposed to come with fries, but they only provided fries with the Shawarma. When I asked about the fries for the Chicken 65 Roll, I was told they couldn’t give any as they had run out of fries. To make things worse, it was clearly seen that the staff in the kitchen were eating fries—the same fries that were served to us with the Shawarma! This raises so many hygiene and trust issues!
The fries we received were clearly the last batch, as they were the bottom-most ones—soggy, COLD, and barely edible. It felt like we were given the scraps. Instead of fries for the Chicken 65 Roll, they gave us onion samosas, which were dry, over-fried, and clearly an afterthought since they had run out of fries.

Read moreWalking into Deccan Morsels feels like being transported straight to Hyderabad. The ambience is nostalgic and inviting, with thoughtful touches like carrom boards, chess, Jenga, and UNO—perfect for enjoying a laid-back evening over Irani chai and samosas.
The menu is a tribute to the legendary Alpha Hotel in Hyderabad, and it absolutely delivers on flavor. We tried the Irani Chai and Bun Maska—a comforting start that hit all the right notes. Overall, this place is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Hyderabadi flavors. It’s more than just food—it’s an experience that will explode your taste buds and leave you wanting more....

Despite driving 40 minutes each time, I was told on the first two visits that the haleem was unavailable. On the third visit, I placed an order and was asked to wait. After 30 minutes, I inquired about the status, only to be told they had run out and were expecting more in another 30 minutes from another branch. At that point, I canceled the order and left.
Unfortunately, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall disorganization made this a very...
