Hobby Lobby — Local services in Tracy

This store has ample parking and conveniently located right off the freeway. Store is easy to navigate with some helpful cashiers but not the sales floor folks. I needed some upholstery tacks and one woman was polite to say hello but was too engrossed in conversation with a woman. It was hard enough for me since I had to push a shopping cart and my mil in a wheelchair. I ended up leaving and only purchased several artwork pieces. The person Elias was quick and efficient but the other cashier older Hispanic woman was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to offer me help to my car and I really appreciated that type of customer service. I had such a wonderful experience with Serenity at the Hobby Lobby in Tracy! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed for my project. I’ve never felt so disrespected at any establishment as much as this hobby lobby. I am planning a wedding and saw that they had only one arch on the aisle- and while checking out the checker saw that the plastic had been ripped and there was a different tag (not done by me) and then they went and checked the aisle and saw the original price (which I had no problem with) and then started checking to see if each dollar that we gave them was real. + they didn’t give us the wedding 40% off.. seriously disappointed and felt judged for something that another person...
