Honestly, W Ashley for making my day better with one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, but saving my life right after too. I went in after accidentally crashing my dream car through a telephone pole and had to get refunds settled at the dealership nearby. Losing the car was like losing a part of me. As much I was trying to hide the pain, I started balling my eyes out and felt bad for making awkward with the worker Ashley. But she was more than kind enough to hear me out and talk with me about the tragedy, tell me her story about how she had lost her dream Dodge Challenger Hellcat bc some stole it and crashed it at a sideshow over in Oakland. It really made my day just hearing someone talk about a similar story. She offered a free sandwich made with “love” and damn, that sandwich was bussinnnnn. I started gobbling it and devouring that mf that I accidentally stuffed my mouth too full and started choking. But Ashley once again came to my rescue. She tried performing the Heimlich maneuver but it wasn’t working, so I signaled to her to just punch me as hard as she could and damn, she hit me right in the gut harder than Tank Davis jabbing Ryan Garcia in the liver that it cleared my airways. I was winded but that was better than being dead. Apparently Ashley was also going to school to be a PTA so she offered a cold pack modality right where she uppercutted me to treat my “acute injuries because cold therapy is necessary for vasoconstrictive purposes and heat therapy is a contraindication to acute injuries” whatever that meant but I just trusted her words, and the next morning it felt like she never hit me with the hardest uppercut I’ve ever had in my life. Read moreThis shop has problems in time management and organization. The past three times we have ordered, our orders have not been ready. We order sandwiches online, they require a minimum wait of 30 mins, which is totally ok with me, just stating Mr.Pickles own requirements. We usually order in traditionally non-peak times (3-4pm). With previous orders, I arrived to get them, twice they hadn't even been started, and I ended up waiting an additional 25 mins the first time, and 20 mins the second time. This last order I placed today (being my third), I gave them a whole hour hoping for more timely pickup when I get there, and arrived ten minutes later than my pickup time. Ended up waiting an additional 15 mins. Almost 1.5 hours from time of order. Sandwiches still were not ready. I can only imagine what it must be like to have to manage online, phone, and walk-in orders, but If you are going to offer the service, figure it out. The real beef that prompted me to write this review, is the past two visits my orders have been wrong. You pay extra money for things, and they disregard these order items. I have had to start opening up the sandwiches to make sure they are correct, and sure enough, they were wrong again today. I went back in to have it corrected, which they did do. This has not been an isolated event, but rather a pattern of business now. The sandwiches here are not bad, but nothing to write home about. They are fortunate Tracy is limited in its in-town...
Read moreThis was my first time going to Mr. Pickles I have heard about this sandwich shop from my husband and coworkers whom have worked for a Mr. Pickles at another location. I have not tried the food yet, THIS REVIEW IS SOLEY BASED OF THE NONEXISTSNCE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE TRACY, CA LOCATION. I do want to mention at this location if you ever do a online order through Mr. Pickles app or do not think if being awkniwdged fir that when going to pick up your order. Specifically if you walk into thr store when 5 or more people are working nobody will acknowledge you, this happened to me today 12-20-22 12:25pm. Next, when you wallk up to the designated spot for online pick up you may wait for over 5 minutes or more for any employee to acknowledge your presence or not at all. Nobody acknowledged my presence at all as I was waiting even with 6 workers work today 12-20-22. Spent over $45 for me and my husband for a nice meal and certainly won't spend my money here again. All I was wanting was someone to remotely care I was their even if you are busy just to say "welcome in" or "we will be with you in a moment". I was always trained to acknowledge everyone who walks through the front do of a business of work. It looks like this sandwich shop may not share that same sentiment. I got better customer service next door at Quickly staffed at worker of 1 than at this place. Will review food in...
