Several weeks ago I visited this location to order a medium iced latte. Instead of giving me a medium iced latte the employee proceeded to give me a large latte. When I pointed this out he said not to worry about it as though I was getting a deal - in other words I would be paying the price of a medium iced latte even though the size was a large. I decided at that point not to push back, however, when I got to my car I noticed that I was charged for a large size. I then proceeded to go back into the store and complain. The employee was not apologetic, he did not understand that by charging me for a large when I had ordered a medium he was overcharging me (fraud). They went ahead and provided me with a $1 refund, however, leaving the store I left with a strong sense that they had attempted to pull one on me. Read morePretty bad experience. Over charged me for bacon egg and cheese croissant. The deal is two for $5 and they charged me $5.38. There's a lot of arguing and stuff going on in a different language behind the counter. When I finally received my bacon egg and cheese croissants there was no bacon on them. Also my bill was 749 and he only gave me .50 back in change so he kept the penny. They made off with $0.39 of my money but there seems to be an English barrier so I let it go. There's also a man mopping the floor regardless that there were customers in there and he could have waited or blocked the area off. But he expected everyone to move around him.
