Not happy with the service. Ordered a birthday cake, turned out very dry and crumbly...received a store credit... Then ordered cupcakes..the order was never processed by the staff and the day of pick up,the cupcakes were not ready or shown as ordered....received the cupcakes from the store that they already had on display. Found a long strand of hair and the cupcakes had colors and sprinkles ( when I specifically said no color or sprinkles)...received an apology.. being a new franchise my advise to them : hire some professional staff and listen to the customer appropriately. I don't think I would be going there anymore with my 2 not so pleasant experience. Reading from the other reviews only Indian community is not getting the appropriate service. Most of all the 5 stars are from the predominantly white community. Not sure if the poor service is based on the race.

Visited for the first time last weekend, and will happily be a return customer! My husband and I got a loaf of rye bread, two everything bagels and two donuts - but there were SO many other delicious goodies to choose from. The donuts and bagels were absolutely delicious and we were so happy to see the baked goods were not only gluten free, but many/most were also soy free. As good as the donuts were, the real star of the show was the rye bread. This was the best gluten free bread I have ever had (and I have had a lot). It is also priced fairly, especially compared to other local GF loaves. My only complaint is that they don’t sell it at Weaver’s Way, as this bakery is a little bit of a drive. I can’t wait to go back!!! Pictured below: apple cider and apple cider crumb donut. The coffee was not purchased at the bakery.

My husband and I only found out about this place today while we were leaving a doctors office. So we simply had to check it out! I told the staff that I'm gluten and dairy free, so they pointed out everything that I could have. I was bummed that the donuts contain sour cream, otherwise I would've gone for that. But I decided on the pretzel (because it's been a very very very long time since I've last eaten one), two plain bagels, and one each of the vegan chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. Anytime I have a doctors appointment, I will make it my mission to stop by here and enjoy a treat afterwards. My husband was even surprised at how tasty they were, and was just happy I could enjoy it. Thank you!

This place is grossly overpriced, but I knew that going in. Our daughter has celiac disease, so when we’re in the King of Prussia area, we stop in out of necessity. The staff is typically standoffish, kids with an obvious political axe to grind. I usually ignore it, but my recent experience on 6/17 really stood out.

There was nobody else in the store when we arrived. My daughter picked out about six items. Honestly, $5 for a brownie is ridiculous even by gluten-free standards. You could tell they recently raised prices, the signs were handwritten stickers slapped over the originals. For what they charge, they should at least be able to afford proper signage. But that wasn’t the issue.

What really got me was the attitude. The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted a receipt. Why is that even a question? Just print the receipt. When I said yes, she handed it to me and then shook the tip jar at me. Literally lifted it up and gave it a shake. It was quick, but intentional. Then she turned her back and peeked over her shoulder to see if I left a tip.

I’m sorry, but I was there for under two minutes. She grabbed six pastries and taped a box. When I was her age, I worked in a grocery store, scanning and bagging groceries for customers. No one ever tipped me, and the work wasn’t much different.

This whole tip culture has gotten out of control. If management isn’t paying a fair wage, that’s their issue, not mine. Tipping should be for drivers, servers, and bellhops, etc not glorified cashiers. The fact that this is how they operate says a lot about the culture of the place, and who’s running it. Completely turned off by the...

Very disappointed with recent halloween birthday cake purchase. On the day of order, I stated that the cake was to have white icing but, much to my surprise, on the day of pickup the cake was covered in chocolate icing. To make matters worse, lettering was done in purple which made the writing barely legible. As I was unsure as to the decoration for the cake, I was informed by the woman (owner?) who took my order that " I could leave that decision to their very 'creative' staff" which I chose to do. Unfortunately, that too did not work out as the decoration consisted of a few small embarassingly amateurish piped ghosts on top of the cake. Had I picked the cake up a day before the party, I would have declined payment and requested they correct the situation, However, that was not possible. Needless to say, I will not be a repeat customer.

UPDATE

True to her word, the owner has taken appropriate steps to address our concerns and has resolved this matter to our...
