Devito's Pizza IV — Restaurant in Trenton

Tried Devito's for the first time a couple days ago, a friend told me they had good food. I ordered buffalo wings and a cheesesteak/onions. The wings were just like how I like them, seasoned just right and at a good price, 18 wings for $18 a dollar a wing can't beat that. The roll for the cheesesteak was really soft, probably the softest roll I ever had and I've had a lot of cheesesteaks in my lifetime. The meat was chopped up like how I like it, onions were good, very tasty hoagie overall. The owner Vince and his wife greeted me with all smiles, very kind kind and polite and that goes a long way with me. I was told my order would be ready in 15 min. and when I arrived 15 min. later it was done sitting on top of the oven. I love a good slice of pizza and I was also told their pizza is good so thats next up for me and I believe it already without even trying it. lol bottom line, it looks like i've found another go to pizza restaurant and I look forward to trying and enjoying other items on the menu, hats off to...

I do not recommend them whatsoever. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers two sides of fries and chicken tenders and six wings.. I ordered dinner at 7:14 p.m. dinner did not come until 8:45. the food was cold wet soggy floppy and had no taste. I'm a frequent customer never once had a problem with their food until tonight. I called up nicely and spoke with the manager and nicely explained my situation and the manager got downright indignant with me and told me that I was not getting a refund and that I need to just deal with it. and then he proceeded to start cussing at me. even though I was being respectable to him. I didn't raise my voice or lose my patience with him. all I told is that I'm sorry but you now lost a frequent customer. and he was reported to the bbb. they need to watch their behaviors and their attitudes to their customers because not many people are going to put up with this. Do not waste your hard earned money here! I ordered from here for many years mainly because of closeness but never again. The owner of all ppl is rude, rude, rude!!! How does an establishment expect customers to come back when they have no customer service skills?!?!?! You ask for a large and they try to sell u an XL to make more money without telling you that's what you're paying for. Then you correct them, they supposedly fix it but bring you a medium but charge the price of a large!!!! Go elsewhere!!! Somewhere they actually care about their customers and are not dishonest.
