McDonald's — Restaurant in Trenton

Worst McDonald’s I have been too. For months it’s been like this .We took the kids for breakfast got it to go. Complete chaos in there. Many customers waiting on their food, longer than it should. when people did get their order it was either not complete , or completely wrong. We ordered breakfast meals that comes with hash browns and a drink.. didn’t get our hash browns or the orange juice we ordered instead of soda. beside it’s apparently not itemized on the receipt order. Nor does the receipt specify it was a “meal” just whatever the sandwich was and amount ( which was the meal deal amount)not just the breakfast sandwich, so obviously there is a major flaw in the system they are using .I was frustrated, other customers in front of me were frustrated, it’s wasnt like they were completely slammed and even if they were apparently McDonalds system is not working out cause what was rung up at the register is not what shows on their screen the lady who I think was the manager wven told them they needed to look cause no one was getting their “meals” missing hashbrowms etc, people just standing around waiting and having to wait all over again for them to get what should of been right the first time. So we made mistake going again this evening got several items off dollar menu , different workers , lack of customer service( I don’t think any of them under what customer service actually is. And this time we got screwed in the drive thru and again forgot the fries . I mean wow for months I’ve noticed the lack of customer service here the food isn’t great at all. Seems like they need to 1) fix the flaw in their system to show ones who’s making the order what actual order is 2) find employees that actually want a job and do their job correctly not sit around joke around with each other not caring about the customers at all. Just saying , come on Trenton... y’all can do better. Much much better. And who is overseeing this particular business. Whoever it is needs to take a hard look and fix the problems ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Unless they just don’t give a damn either . Who knows! Maybe start with getting people who actually want and...

If give it a zero of I could. Our family use to meet there to exchange kids on weekends and the last time we went the place was not busy at all and we ordered from the stupid machine. They were slow...very slow at getting our order and was missing many items we ordered. The employees were standing around on their cell phones..even the guy that appeared to be the manager. We went up to get the items we were missing which was an iced coffee and and my son's chocolate milk from his Happy meal. Gave us the milk and then took about 5 more mins to get the coffee together which a very sweet female employee (I think from back) brought out and apologized for the inconvenience. Then about 2 mins later the male manager comes out with a free apple pie and the coffee that was already brought to our table. Most of the employees don't seem to know what communication is and had there damn cells in their hands for about the whole hours and half we were there. It don't take anyone an hour and a half to eat at MC Donalds. Worst service ever and will NEVER EVER E...V....E....R... eat at the Trenton Mc.D's again....

I'm still waiting on quality to become a priority, night shift lack standard/pride/integrity the food that they're putting out at night is a disgrace to the company I a Big Mac with light lettuce extra sauce I got home and bit the sandwich it was hard as a rock on the bottom bun my meat was cold in the sauce was everywhere ,9yrs I lived in Trenton FL and I really try not to eat here at night and this is why the lack of effort daytime great service hot food friendly people fast service not sure who training night crew but maybe they need to all be retrained I shouldn't have to come through your drive-thru or inside your store and tell you to drop my food fresh in order for it to be fresh. Last time I checked it was quality before quantity and if I'm the only one in your line at the time what was really the problem 😤 I didn't bother to go back because I've done that so many times (and I only just a few blocks away)and I just wasn't feeling well and all I wanted was a Big Mac #35241...
