Came here after camping on a Sunday afternoon. The place was not very busy, so there was not much of a wait. We got seated all the way in the back of the restaurant by the kitchen area. The table was next to another in a secluded part of the restaurant, which took away from the atmosphere. The food and drink we ordered were very good. I had the bloody Mary extra spicy and it had a good horse radish flavor. I ordered the carnitas tacos for my mean and they were great. The meat to topping ratio was perfect and the pork was cooked to perfection and flavored perfectly. My kid had the French toast that I had a bite of and it was fantastic. Overall had a good experience at this place. Ohh I also recommend the apple crumble cake that they have sitting at the front of the restaurant, it was perfectly made with the right amount of sweetness...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and I believe this is the best food in Trinidad. We have eaten here at least a dozen times and each time their food is fresh, well prepared, and very enjoyable. The owners are so very kind to each patron and they always seem to have some new dish that is absolutely enjoyable. We love the Cubano and highly recommend you try it once. You will be hooked. We are excited to hear they will be moving into a larger location just down the street from their present location. We are eager to see how many new dishes they will come up with. The owners, who do all the cooking, are extremely creative with their ingredents and they put special emphasis on using the very best and fresh items. You will be very pleased with their food and the employees are very kind and professional. Eat here soon and you will be posting a great review...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSooo good!! Our waitress, Leah, was the best! She is so sweet and friendly and stays on top of everything for her customers. The food was superb - the best breakfast weāve had all week in various places throughout Colorado. I ordered the Peaches & Cream French Toast (the special) and it was delicious! The serving size was generous and the sweet, fresh slices of peach were piled high on top and covered with sweet whipped cream. There was no need for syrup at all! My husband ordered the Bean & Cheese Tostadas. It was the first time I heard him compliment a breakfast dish so enthusiastically! We will definitely be back the next time we pass through Trinidad!!
The only note I would add is that the Goggle Maps designation is slightly off and took us to the Marketplace Food Court just...
