I ordered 4 meals on 07/10 at about midday. The assistant manager was taking my order and kept interrupting me repeating “what else” OVER me in a rude and annoyed tone while I was still ordering in very rude and unprofessional way. I had my list of what I ordered written on my notes for my phone and I speak clearly enough so I know I was not taking up any unnecessary time. I got so frustrated I told him to let me speak. I was shocked. I pulled up to the first window and asked the lady there who took my order and why they were rushing me and being so rude. The worker herself even admitted to hearing the assistant manager take my order and say that he was way out of line and she apologized for his behavior. She said he must be upset at something. I still don’t understand why that prompts him to act that way towards me when I was just trying to order. I wasn’t even stuttering while ordering or acting clueless on what I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they’d meet me at the next window. I got my order handed to me at the next window and the worker turned their back to me to walk away but I had asked to speak to the manager.
The assistant manager proceeds to come to the window asking what he can help me in a with in a fake chirpy tone that was overly exaggerated and annoyed.I told him what rude service I received. He let me know he was the one who spoke to me and took my order and he did so and JUSTIFIED IT because he had a long line he needed to get through. There were only 2 cars behind me and nobody waiting in the spots where they ask you to wait to bring out your food. He did not apologize and just said to go park to the side trying to get me to leave the window. He kept repeatedly yelling at me that he has a long line to get through. He did not care about treating me so rudely.
If he’s so boldly rude and displays unprofessionalism to customers, I can’t imagine how he treats his own crew whenever he’s on shift. I feel bad for the workers there if the assistant manager is a reflection of their management at that location. District needs to do better on revising and hiring staff and management. There’s a reason there’s so many negative reviews here. Please do...
Read moreI am becoming frustrated with this location. First of all they do not answer the phone. Why bother having a location phone number if no one is going to answer a call?
I would not have written this review if you would have answered my call. I consider a half a dozen attempts in a day more than an adequate attempt to call.
My main concern with this location is the mysterious vanishing food. Over the years it had been far to frequent on its own. But today, being snowed in and iced roads all around. I ordered via Door Dash. I tipped very well due to the weather. This is not the first time this has happened by the way. But today it was just a little to much to bear. Instead of McDonalds comfort food, I get stress off the menu.
The Door Dash bags are sealed with 3 stick seals to prevent the driver from tampering with the contents. It's not the best system but it shows if someone got into the bag if the bag was disturbed in any way.
The seals were intact and the original seals in place. What does this tell me Watson? Deductively, it tells me that the food was never put into the bag to begin with.
Is there a black market for McDonalds food? Do employees sell the extra food they keep from customers in an aftermarket?
What gives with this nonsense?
You should have answered my call. I would have been satisfied with a word or two about this problem and for the mangers ears only.
Now, whom ever reads this will know about the Mysterious Vanishing Food at...
Read moreThe complaints I have are things that the employees I encountered don't really have control over, I guess it's just the new McDonald's way of doing things. They're trying to train the customers to get used to less personal interaction. I don't care for the order taking kiosk. I was paying cash so I needed to go to the counter and see a person anyway. I felt it was very impersonal at first and I couldn't get the scanner to work, to scan my QR code for me to earn points. An employee ended up helping me place my order anyway and then we still had to walk back to the counter to give me my change. It would have been so much faster to place my order traditionally. I ordered 1 burger and 1 drink. It was frustrating that I couldn't just tell someone what I wanted and be done with it. There was another man having issues ordering as well. He had to wait for the women to help me order then get my change from the register before she could help him place his order on the kiosk. It was a bit chaotic there. the wait time for my order was longer than expected. To be fair I ordered no salt on the burger so I probably had to wait for them to cook the patty. I order no salt on all my burgers because I had a burger from McDonald's that was too salty and I threw it away. Maybe that was a 1 time thing where it was oversalted, but I think the food is salty enough that I don't want them adding more. Ketchup alone is more than...
