I've always had a good experience with Troutman Dominos. This particular time however I did not. I was on my way back home from a 9 hour drive so I ordered on the app so I could run in and grab it. I walked in on July 8 2019 around 8 p.m. there was a young man on the phone (he had a nose ring I didnt get a name) so I waited patiently a few minutes had past and a young lady walked out of the back and asked me my name I gave her my info and told her I had an online order. She gave me my total and I paid her with cash no receipt was given to me. I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. She walks to the back and starts talking to another employee looks as if he was in training so I stand there patiently once again and wait...( even thought i got confirmation my order was ready through the tracker online) so there my pizza sets ready and I'm just standing there after my 9 hour drive finally the guy walks over and grabs my pizza and tries to charge me again I politely say I have already paid for this he proceeded to argue with me saying that I didn't pay for the pizza. I told him I gave the girl cash for it and he said no you didn't. I'm like excuse me but I did and I was not given a receipt finally the young lady speaks up and says yes she paid for it ( pull your camera). I got my pizza and as I was walking out he was still trying to argue with me I just kept walking. I felt as if I was attacked the young man was so unprofessional and the huge nose ring didn't help. Read moreTroutman NC...Lauren Havens, GM was very rude and disrespectful over our order. We have ordered the same thing for over 2 years. Mind you she is new! I understood that. My mom placed the order (one medium pizza pineapple and bacon lite Sauce thin crust and cinnamon twist) and said, why is it $23.00 our order has always been $15.79. So I called back up there and spoke back with Lauren. She became argumentative, and said we need to provide a coupon. I repeatedly told her we have never had to before. I told her I'm not arguing with you please just give us our deal we always get so she acted like she was going to give it to us. Delivery showed up an hour later and Sarah had our order. She pulls the order out and said, that will be $23.00, at this point I'm not a happy camper. Sarah repeatedly tells me you have to have a coupon to get that pricing. I refuse the pizza and call back up to Lauren. She said, awh I told Sarah to give you that for $15.79. (sure you did) She doesn't need to be over a pizza place at all. You will loose business left and right because of these girls. And as I'm asking for her info. both ladies are eating our order. Read moreI placed a online order for pickup because the location is less than .25 miles from my house. I tried to call the store at 9:31pm it rang until it hung up on me. I did not receive a email confirmation so I was trying to call the store to make sure they got my order because they do not allow pick up after 10:00pm. I tried to call again but could not connect with them. When I got to the store and asked them if the phones were working they laughed at me. I was told if I had a problem that I could leave. I am a restaurant chef. I love to make food for people and love to make people happy with the food I create. I was happy when I moved to Troutman and had a dominos close to me. I have never been more disgusted by a restaurant that does not care about guest relationships.
