I ordered on the app and they took my money. I showed where I had paid and where I had been charged to the workers. They told me I was at the wrong Subway in Troy. After I read them the address they said I should be at the one in Walmart. Then, I double checked and it was for this specific Subway on 231. They proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong place and that they had not gotten my order. Even though, they charged me and lied about the address in the first place, so this upset me a little more. So, instead of apologizing one of the workers was rude and shouted that they did not get my order. I will not be back as I did not get my food, and the rudeness was uncalled for. They should give me my $12.91 back, and learn how to treat their customers. I also normally go to the Subway on South Brundidge Street because they are good at their jobs and I have not had any problems there as of right now. But, this was closer to my work so I tried it. If you want Subway in Troy go to the one on South Brundidge Street. Also, one of the ladies was super sweet but 2/3 workers were very rude so I walked out and went to McDonalds. Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had at any subway.. the two girls working were beyond rude... To me and to the younger couple behind me. I tried to say well maybe their just overwhelmed and short staffed but they laughed and rolled their eyes the whole time making the sandwichs while making smart comments. I even explained to the one girl that yes I wanted a little extra meat because I couldn't eat any of the add ONS. She looked disgusted and continued to laugh and be very rude about it. The other girl even pretend to take the knife and stab the sandwich for whatever reason. When I finally got home to eat my sandwich it wasn't even edible I had to throw it away. I could go on about this experience but I'll just say if you are craving subway I would definitely recommend going to one of the other two in Troy.. I should have just walked out in the beginning.. Still no response to my emails other then a copy paste email I was sent the first week. They still don't open by their posted hours fyi. Employees seem to wear raggedy personal items instead of clean uniforms. Torn jeans and shirts. One even told me it was his first day and he was just told to put stuff in the cold line and was trying to figure it out. Constantly out of product for specific menu items. I gave them 5 tries and each time it's the same let down from only the mediocre experience I expect from a subway. And that's not aiming high I promise you.
