First off, I love Firehouse Subs, especially the Ozark location. The Troy location is a different story. Tonight was the last chance tho. Placed an online order, pulled up on the time i asked for it to be ready. Was greeted, or rather not greeted, by a teenager sticking her cocked head out the window and staring at me. Politely told her I was there for a pickup order, to which her 'answer' was to roll her eyes all the way to the ceiling and then turn and yell that we were there for our order before shutting the window. We sat there for nearly 10 minutes waiting on our food before another guy came and gave it to us. When we got home we realized that neither sandwich was correct, missing ingredients and one sandwich only had 1 slice of bacon. Both were swimming in mayo to the point they were inedible with the slim amount of meat sliding out. We've had issues repeatedly here but I won't go back anymore. Missing ingredients, poor customer service, soggy bread always. I've never seen a manager in there either, no matter the day of the week or time of day. Seems like they only hire 18 yr olds that have the absolute worst attitude. I know Troy has a shortage of employees, but this is a constant issue at this location that seems to never change. I've sat inside and heard the employees audibly complain that firefighters were coming in to order food during the middle of the day. I highly advise everyone to NOT eat here. You will be...
Read moreOf all the times I have ordered at Firehouse Subs, they have always gotten my order right, but yesterday, I don't know what happened. I asked for a small on wheat extra mayo and I got just the opposite. They made it on white and light mayo. I know I told the cashier what bread, but I assume she was speaking a different language than I was. The only thing that was right, I picked up my chips and made my drink. I would have let them make it over but I was pressed for time because I had death in my family and needed to eat something before I passed out. I can usually depend on them for a good meal, but yesterday, it will never happen again. I want what I paid for. I don't care if I spend $50 or $2 for a meal I want what I paid for and I know I told that young girl wheat bread. The general manager of the store knows that I get wheat bread every time I come in there, so why was it so hard for the young girl to get my order wrong. I don't know where her mind was yesterday, it definitely wasn't on the customer (me)and getting my...
Read moreI love Firehouse Subs. I drive a lot for work and stopped in at this location. I've never had a bad experience at a Firehouse until this one. The register area was roped off so that you had to walk back and forth to finally get to the register. This was not at a peak time and it was really unnessecary since there were two customers ordering. I ordered my usual hook and ladder. While I was standing there waiting on my sub, I overheard the manager thanking the guy making my sub for sticking with it because he was evidently SICK! I was very nervous about eating that sub. Anyway, while I'm waiting, a female employee told me that I couldn't stand where I was and I would have to go to the end of the bar (hot sauce area) to wait on my food. WHAT?? I've never been told where to stand to wait on my food! I actually sent this info to corporate in a complaint. No response. I'm not surprised. I haven't eaten at firehouse since...
