Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

This location would benefit from a change in Management. I ordered two sandwiches and I only work about a mile from this location. When my wife arrived the sandwiches were soggy and cold. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I contacted the store and asked to speak with a Manager, the employee that answered the phone, didn't put me on hold and I heard all of his derogatory comments. I told the Manager the issue I had and he didn't even apologize. He just asked what I wanted him to do? I asked what time the General Manager was going to be here for the day. The assistant Manager stated he was at the location currently. The Manager never informed the GM Steve because he said he could handle the problem ( which never got rectified! ) I am waiting for the corporate office to contact me on this issue. Which most likely they won't, because if that is the Management they hired. Imos does not care about the customer what so ever! I know if I had an upset customer as a GM. I would have spoke to that customer...

Horrible customer service at Troy Imo's. I tried to order online with a Imo's online coupon. The coupon popped up as expired. I called the Troy store and informed the person that coupon popped up expired. Very rudely he said well then it is expired. I asked why is it still showing up in the the Imo's site. Answer was, very good question I will give you corporates number...again very rude. I said, I do not need corporates number and you don't have to be smart. He hung up on me. So I decided to order from Collinsville. The coupon did not show up as expired, but the online ordering was not working. I called the Collinsville Imo's, the woman that answered was very nice, took my order and gave me the coupon. Never calling the Troy...

I only gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. I ordered two orders of wings and a salad for pickup, They said 25 minutes, I waited a little longer than that and headed there. When I get to the drive through they told me it would be just a second BUT I WAITED ALMOST 20 MINUTES , I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND SHES ON THE PHONE SO IT WILL BE A LITTLE LONGER JUST SO THEY CAN TELL ME THE SERVERS DOWN AND THEY CANT RING ME OUT TILL I WAIT LONGER. AS I WAS ABOUT TO PULL AWAY AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS AT GETTING SOMEONE TO COME TO THE WINDOW AND THEY SAID OK WE CAN TAKE YOUR PAYMENT NOW. MY WINGS, BOTH ORDERS WERE JUST THROWN TOGETHER IN A SMALL PIZZA BOX🤷 RIDICULOUS WAIT and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡 I WILL NEVER Patronize this...
