Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Troy

Here's the lid that's supposed to be covering the tub holding 'yesterday's bread'. It's been knocked off onto the dining room floor. Imagine how slippery it is. It was there when I got here. It was there when I left — a half hour later. No telling how long it has been there. While I was there I observed 2 employees completely ignore this and walk around it — and one of them did it twice. These employees are somewhat below the bare minimum. Evidently none of them care very much about anything. This reflects poorly on the Jimmy John's chain of restaurants. Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.

EDIT: AND NOW THE "OWNER" WANTS ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO GET ALL OF THE DETAILS OF MY REVIEW BECAUSE THEY'RE ONLY INTERESTED IN EXPLOITING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY'RE TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND MY REVIEW WHICH CONTAINS ALL OF THE DETAILS OF THE SITUATION. WHAT A PATHETIC AND OBVIOUS PLOY BY THE "OWNER". BOTTOM LINE: THEY DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM ANYONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. HOW SELF-SERVING, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL, AND IRRESPONSIBLE. IT WILL LIKELY BE A LONG WHILE BEFORE I EVER VISIT ONE OF THESE RESTAURANTS AGAIN. THEY'RE FAR TOO IGNORANT TO DESERVE...

Went yesterday to pick dinner for the family and ordered on the app after working 14hrs, I didn’t want to cook so we get our usuals. I got there order wasn’t ready, I get home and payed for extra meat on a sandwich it was completely dry which was my husband’s sandwich .I get to mine and no meat, nothing but veggies which was supposed to be a #9. For the amount that these sandwiches cost and not get what we ordered is very disappointing,I have photo of said sandwich. Man, I love myself some Jimmy John's, hands down my favorite sub shop. I ordered a #12 Giant and a B.L.T. Unwich w extra bacon, no shredded lettuce, $28.

The young man that rang up our order seemed a little high or seriously preoccupied by the headset that was clearly too big for his head. We got the #12 sandwich and my B.L.T w extra bacon, but no chips or drink. I asked about it, and he just didn't hear me. He gave me a bag of chips and a water which was kind.
