Manager Japoda/Jagoda has no business being a manager. And I will not be going back there as long as she is an employee. She acted like I was inconveincing her on the phone when I called in a large order for my son's birthday party. When my husband picked up the pizza he noticed the amount was higher than what they told me on the phone. Jagoda was the person ringing him up per the receipt. She disregarded him when he asked about the different amount and said they were really busy. When he got home he noticed that she rung an extra pizza which is why our total was higher. I had to go back up there during my son's party to get our money back. While I was speaking with her she denied that she helped my husband. She said she was logged in to the computer but another person helped my husband with our order. Never once apologizing for the inconvenience of having to leave our party to get this resolved. A good manager would have at least apologized for the unnecessary experience we encountered. Michael an employee tried to explain to her that we were regular customers and instead she told Michael that she knows how to do this because she is the manager and continued to degrade him in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional. Michael has helped us many times and we always receive great customer service from him. After giving me my money back she asked me if I needed anything for my inconvenience. I replied "no, not if I have to ask" and told her she just lost my business. She was not bothered at all. When I got home I asked my husband to describe the person who helped him and he described her to the tee. Right down to her baseball hat. Dishonest, rude, never wrong, doesn't care about business. Read moreOrdered online food was delayed in pick up because I had a issue with dead battery in car they were aware because I called to let them know well when I got to the store to pick up my order it had been of course sitting in the hot box so no worries but the pizza pockets were undercooked so doughy and cheese inside one cold block of mess so I called to let them know at first he I guess manager talked nice like oh ok no problem I can get you a credit for next time. I was ok that would be nice to try the pizza bites but he renigged on the offer got smart and indignant with me over being late to pick up my order said it was my fault how would me being late cause the dough to be undercooked there is someone else on here saying the same thing why can't you admit you wrong and sold me some raw dough I didn't complain about the wings they were mid warm but tasty I'm telling you truth and you be rude and nasty. Read moreYesterday I purchased two pizzas through the app. Pick up time was between 615 and 6:20 PM. I was there 6:20 PM sharp. The pizza was not hot and fresh. The crust was very stale and hard. There was hardly any sauce and I could tell the pizzas have been sitting there for a very long time. I called and spoke to the manager, Aubrey, who never offered an apology. She said I can bring them back that same evening for a refund. I was unable to return the pizzas back that same night since I had to watch my daughter’s musical. She told me I can call the next day and speak to the owner Brandon. I explained the situation to Brandon today who offered no apology and stated all his pizzas are made fresh. I told him I was not satisfied, and that this is not good customer service. He told me not to speak to him that way, hung up on me and blocked my number.
