Very unprofessional and unethical and now I doubt of the freshness and quality as well since we had a discussion with them. No work ethics at all. We contacted them like 3 weeks before for making cake for our wedding they were okay and took all our requirements and said everything can be done and will send the contract in a day or 2 which never happened and we were contacting them and waiting patiently for the contract now all of a sudden they are saying they will give the cake to us 3 days in advance since she had to attend her cousin's wedding. Since they said that I seriously doubt their quality. They might be doing the same for all their cakes and since now she is not available that day she had no choice but to tell that. I don't want to do my wedding with a cake that is not fresh. Whatever it be either she should not have committed to this else she should atleast have the courtesy to deliver the cake. This is really unacceptable. She was really rude from the very beginning, we just don't wanted to ruin our day so we just was trying to be patient. But we feel like we should have done something else when we first got the negative feeling. Never can be trusted or depended upon and don't even value the customer or not even...

I called 20 bakeries on a Friday afternoon for a cake I needed Sunday afternoon. Everyone told me either they could not do it or they could not bring my vision to life. Sonali of Thomas Cakes answered the phone on the first ring and said she would have a drawing of my vision to me in ten minutes. She sent me the drawing in five minutes and it impressed me at the first instance. I could not believe how well she executed on the vision I had and the drawing she came up with. She chose the perfect color palette and design for the cake. Not only was the cake so creatively and aesthetically pleasing, it tasted amazing as well. It was so fresh tasting and the flavors we request for the cake and the cream were so rich and tasty. The cake was ready and sitting perfectly in the cooler when I came to pick it up at the time we set up. I could not believe how yummy it looked and how yummy it tasted. We all felt bad cutting into it because how awesome it turned out. But we instantly forgot the second we tasted it, because of how delicious it was. Absolutely a horrible experience. If your using this place for a special event, I highly recommend you don’t! We used this place for our wedding, and it was such a poor experience. The manger was the one that did my cake. I scheduled this order about 6 months in advance, meet with the manger about my wedding cake twice about what I wanted, sent her pictures and we talked over them and then when I went to pick up my cake the day before my wedding, it was NOTHING like I wanted. She used the wrong tiers, I wanted tall tiers and she used normal size tiers, the flowers she put on there were so cheap looking, there were gaps between the tiers, marks on them, and the frosting was not the same color on each tier. Worse part of all, she was so rude over the phone and was not willing to do anything to make it right. She just kept arguing which was very unprofessional and when I was making suggestions about how we can fix it she was rude about it and cared more about the money.
