I recently tried the Hakka Noodles and Manchurian at Masala Route food truck, and I was really impressed. The flavors were spot on. the noodles had that authentic street-style taste, and the Manchurian was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice and crunch.

We discovered Masala Route at a food festival on the outskirts of Grand Rapids. The owner couple, who just started their food truck venture a few months ago, were extremely friendly, and their flavorful fusion offerings were phenomenal! We tried the Cauliflower in Indo-Chinese sauce with Hakka noodles and the Samosa chaat. Both dishes had generous portions were top-notch, clean and fresh. I am jealous of the east side folks in Troy who have access to this wonderful food during the week.
