So first thing I noticed was how dirty it is in here. It should have been a red flag, but we were hungry. Huge mistake. We grabbed a table and I went to look for a high chair for the baby. and I looked. Aaaand looked. And then I finally gave up and asked. Well, the young man I asked immediately acted like I was the biggest idiot. His exact words, "uh? They're over there...?" Then pointed to an empty spot in front of the counter. Thinking I might be going crazy I laughed a little and asked "where?" He rolled his eyes and checked the spot, them sighed and looked around, still making me feel like a complete idiot. And wouldnt you know it, the high chairs were IN THE BACK, by the grills. Because I guess the customers were supposed to know that??? If this were the worst of it, I could deal. But it wasnt. When the food finally arrived, it was the same young man who brought it to the table, handed it to my husband so quick he almost dropped it and sped away without a word. Well, I soon figured out why. The friends were undercooked. When I say the fries were undercooked, I mean they were still white and some were cold and raw. We were all pretty done by that point and tried to power through it, after all, it's just potato. But after 2 fries and biting into one that was still cold, I'd had enough. I brought it back and another young woman took my tray for some reason??? After almost 10 minutes of waiting for a new order of fries, they finally arrived... but they weren't handed to me who was standing at the counter. The same guy made eye contact, moved them out of my way and walked past to the table, leaving me confused and a bit embarrassed. Even those were white and undercooked, but we were done. I understand it's a McDonald and quality isnt something that one can expect, but at the same time, the whole trip was bizarre. For a company that is trying to become a real restaurant, customer service clearly is not a priority. Never again.
Edit: and now I have food poisoning....
Read moreTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!’n to have a team of that many there!!!!! What is the point????? No type of greeting, no taking of the order!!! The feeling I got was it was because of my skin color of why I didn’t get proper service!!! That is not right today is Wednesday march 13th 2:20pm. The FRANCHISE have rules that each location HAVE to follow!!! It’s a slap in the face to see this billion dollar company have locations like this!!! This is one of the NICEST locations around here, why do this location have 3 star ratings?!!!! Dear owners/managers it’s because of the employees that you hire!!! Clearly the community is not pleased with this service!!!! I’m making this report hoping it’ll fall in the hands that it need to, to help McDonald’s as a whole be better. It’s three McDonalds all on the same block. This location is between both of them in a VERY good neighborhood!! They can’t use that as an excuse next time I come here and have the same experience I will politely speak my mind about the experience there to avoid this from happening or getting worse please train employees too follow the customer service guidelines and to treat the customer how they want too be treated when they are in the same settings. Please and thank you also it was mostly a women staff the only men that was there that I could see was all cooks. And it also isn’t this location first time being rude it’s my first time leaving a review because the service is not getting any better. So it makes me believe either this location owner is ok with this service or the manager is training them to act like this one or the other. So hopefully the franchise is able to resolve...
Read moreI wish McDonalds, would teach their employees how to speak and greet a customer through the drive through. More than once I have had an employee at this location greet me with YO or what do you want. When I said hello, his response was what do you want. The 2nd time I stopped there, I was greeted with Yes, and I said hello, and they said yes, and I responded yes what? are you talking to me, then there was silence. I said hello is there anyone there and was again greeted with what do you want, my response was I was waiting for you to say Welcome to McDonald's how may I help you and again no response. Someone needs to teach them how to do their job. Many times, I go there for a diet coke no ice for work and I would say out of 10 times, of ordering one item they have gotten it wrong about 8 times. The only reason i go there is that it is convenient and on my way to work. When I was in High School and College working in the fast food industry we were taught how to greet and speak to customers with respect and be polite, what has happened to the workers of today. They complain that they do not make enough money, but with attitude, terrible work ethic and disrespect for the customer, I can see why companies are all going automatic, to tell you the truth, I would rather give my order to a computer, than a disrespectful employee. If you don't like working in the fast food industry go find another job that fits your...
