I would not recommend this place either. I’m coming up here for college and was in need of a job. Started work here on June 21 and on my first day I worked a good set of 6 hours until closing. I walked in and was encouraged to do computer work. I immediately grabbed the employers attention and asked if I can clock myself in for this. They said they already clocked me in, however I would feel comfortable and better if I could clock myself in. The job itself only lasted for a day due to bullying, poor working environment, an employee taking over your job (even though you know what you were doing) and I didn’t think this place would be best suited for me. I left and continued to search for different jobs until I wait for payday which is July 2nd. July 2nd comes around and I received nothing in my bank. I confront them telling them I was never paid. I asked them if I can get a copy of the hours I worked and they said they don’t carry employees personal stuff. July 3rd comes around and I’m still not paid. If I don’t receive anything by July 16th, then I think I was lied to about being clocked in and I do believe they made me work for free which is highly illegal. Paystub isn’t available.
On July 4th, I was sitting down eating a taco and I was constantly pestered by employers on why I quit. They came up to me 5 times randomly asking me the same question even recording my answer on why I left. I told them multiple times the same answer and when they had finally went back with their recording, 30 minutes later they bug me again while I was eating and asked me to leave the premises and to never come back again. Knowing I’ve done nothing wrong and I was just sitting eating a taco minding my own business, but constantly being pestered by the employers, I respectfully left. As the lady sees me walk out, she grabs her phone and randomly calls the police on me. The south side sure is something else (I’m from the Midwest). South side definitely has more troublemakers and more uneducated people up here. As soon as I get my degree, I’m moving straight back to Nebraska...
Read moreWhile the place was relatively clean, the quality of the food was bearable, and the speed of service was the same as the drive through, this store expects its dine-in customers to order from the automated kiosks.
I didn't notice it at first. I'm a picky eater who prefers ordering from the kiosk. It allows me to order items without ingredients I can't stand, like sour cream. Most meatbags taking my order will ignore my requests. I do my part to keep meatbags employed by leaving my trash on the table when I'm done eating.
My sister and my niece, however, prefer to place their orders directly with a meatbag. They were in line behind an old man. Nobody came to the register for seven minutes. By then, my sister had already given up on ordering due to the lack of customer service.
I had my food and was eating when someone from behind the counter asked the old man if he was trying to order. Rather than immediately ring his order up, the meatbag said that all ordering is done on the screens. The meatbag then guided the old man through the ordering process on a kiosk in the lobby.
I don't know whether to be more disgusted with a company trying to keep costs down by eliminating the option of customer service, with a company trying to force a paradigm shift in ordering food upon senior citizens, or with a young employee who doesn't even realize that those kiosks and other automation technology will eventually put her and her co-workers...
Read moreAbsolutely worse taco bell around. They need help in everyway possible. They need good management and friendly employees. If it weren't for customers the employees wouldn't have a job. But they don't care about customers just a paycheck. The food sucks took 30mins. To get my order and they didn't even give me my drinks. And they ignore you when you say something about it. They need good friendly staff for sure and the store is filthy.
Troy location sucks dont get meal #7 this is what was on it.
May 20,2022 Ok I love the Mexican pizza was so happy they returned it to the menu. But this was how I recieved it. It was gross, not hot, the cheese was not melted, plus I ordered and paid for sour cream and it wasn't added. Plus way to much sauce, and no spoon or fork to eat it with. Plus the box lid wasn't closed on it when I received it. You pay for food and everything is costly nowadays. And you recieve food you can't eat. I paid almost $6 bucks for just this one item. Seriously I worked in fast food and retail all my life and we strived to please the customers, cause they are the ones paying your paycheck. If it wasn't for customers no one would be in business. I will go to another store before...
