My husband and I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and recieved 2 plain chicken sandwiches instead . We called and let them know that we didn't recieve what we ordered. It was a small mistake and that's okay. The person on the phone asked if we could come back and get the right sandwiches. We had a few places to go and stopped back by to pick up the correct order 2 hours later . We called when we got to a pick up order spot and let them know we were there. The person on the phone repeated that we ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and said that we both had NO pickles on either sandwich just like the first order. We get out of the parking lot and I open the sandwiches to find that both sandwiches have pickles on them. My husband gets sick if he smells pickles and they literally make him sick. I don't like pickles on my chicken sandwich ( makes chicken & bread soggy in my opinion) . We both decided that we weren't going to go back and try to get them to redo the order for a 3rd time. This is the 1st time ever that we have had problems at any Chick-fil-A. I won't say that we won't be going back to this location but we are very disappointed that a mistake was made twice in the same day. We had to throw our sandwiches away and didn't worry about trying to get our order redone. This happened a...
Read moreGreat chick-fil-a location, this one still has a children's play area open. It's decorated seasonally cute, with cows, of course. Foods , hot and correct. There's a guy here who checks with the tables regularly to see if you need anything at all( drink refills) . He has a rock solid memory [ remembers what you drink on subsequent inquiries] and is super friendly. Side note , looks as though he experienced burns to much of his person, but it's honestly not something you pay attention to once you've met him. The 2 lane drive-through moves quickly. Troy hwy near the center of the stretch trough Troy ( where this restaurant is located) may give you a short wait for re-entering the highway while exiting chick-fil-a; it's usually just the turn of the lights in advance of there. This restaurant is on the southbound side of 231. There are 2 rows of parking next to, and the entire length of the building with additional parking to be found to the right and rear of the building as though you were going to get into the drive thru but cut right instead. The women's bathroom is a 2 stall only. The hwy turning median through this part of Troy is VERY wide, so it can accommodate full-size vehicles easily and give you a great view of oncoming traffic whether entering or exiting to the...
Read moreWell that was a horrible experience. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to place my order when I got to the window my food wasn't ready. I can understand the wait(being of average intelligence I could tell by the line of cars it wasn't going to be fast)but that isn't really were the bad experience started. The nice lady at the window asked if I would pull up to spot 10. When I turned the corner there was a delivery truck blocking spot 10, 11 and 12. Now I am stuck half in the drive thru and parking lot on a Ford F350 blocking all movement. I figured hey they made this mess so they can deal with it. After about 2 minutes of all traffic flow being stopped someone decided to blow their horn at me assuming that would fix the problem. As I am getting out of my truck to walk back to the car and explain to them I didn't want to be where I was anymore than they wanted me to be there nice lady 2 brought my food out. I am a naturally prickly person but I can usually function in daily society....not...
