Taco Bell — Restaurant in Troy

I ordered 2 STEAK breakfast crunchwraps about 10:45 and they got the order wrong. MY mistake was not checking the bag, but that's THEIR job. So the fact that I lived across town, it took me about 15 minutes to get home and then I realized my order had bacon in it , NO STEAK AT ALL, AND no hasbrown in one. I will say they tried to be slick and chopped up a hasbrown in 1 to make it look like steak, but nice try. When I went back up to Taco Bell, it was 11:30 and the manager had the audacity to tell me they stopped serving breakfast at 11. So yeah I got a refund, but being pregnant and craving something, especially from a well-rounded corporation, I expect to get exactly what I want. I'm still sitting here debating whether to puke because I HATE bacon and so does my baby. Not only was my order wrong, they gave me Mild instead of hot, which I said very clearly. Oh and btw about a month ago this same Taco Bell gave me and my baby daddy food poisoning, while being pregnant, and I said nothing....

I visited this location around 10 pm and didn’t expect to leave in tears. I was greeted by the most kind worker; a true breath of fresh air. My job involves aspects of customer service and the last couple weeks of encounters with the public has left me feeling defeated and questioning what I’m doing with my life. Overwhelmed by the kindness shown, I drove up to the window and got to meet this beautiful soul who renewed my faith in humanity. He leaned out the window and made me feel like the most important person that graced this location today. He asked me if I was going to be okay and reminded me to try not to take it too personally. I failed to get his name (so terribly sorry!), but I know that if he continues to shine as brightly as he did in my life, he will do incredible things. Thank you for the friendly reminders, for making me feel important, and for simply being kind. Please rest assured, I WILL pay it...

Blue hair girl with a attitude, customers are always right so when you ask me if everything on the scene is correct and I say no and tell you I only order one soft taco with sour cream not 3 and bean burrito with red sauce on the side and you reply don't worry I got it. Then making me and my child wait while our order is in the bag in front of you and you are busy talking to the other employees who aren't doing anything beside filling there Casey's cup with soda. We will not be returning drive thru girls with attitude I always ask how are you doing. We will be going to Highland from now on . We did pick your job I have been eating taco bell longer than you have been alive. Beside Highland has KFC long time customers no longer . I will be back one more time to talk to...
