First and Last Visit - Deceptive Prices and Subpar Food Quality The Good - the refried beans were very good. The service was attentive. The Bad - salsa was salty as was the ground beef in the tacos. All four of us found the food quality to be subpar. The Ugly - The bill was about 15% higher than expected because the price on the menu was not what was charged. Example: Street tacos $3.00 each on menu but charged $3.73. That's 24.5% higher than it should have been. An order of 3 regular tacos - menu price $6.25 but charged $7.18. Fajita Quesadilla plate was similar price inflated. We were up-charged 80 cents each for a couple street tacos because we asked for flour shell instead of corn. Our server did not explain there would be an upcharge. She only said she wasn't sure if they could make the switch and never followed up. Lastly, there's a sign on the entry door that says effective sometime around July 2021 that they were raising prices. When ordering we mentioned it was our first time there. Nowhere on the menu did it say we're going to charge you more than the menu price. Never did the server say we're going to charge you more than the menu price. Bottomline - this was our one and only family trip to Terra Sur. I can't...
Read moreStaff is always kind & professional when I order my to go order on a consistent basis. (Yes I have an addiction to Mexican Food & I have no shame) They are always helpful when I can't remember the exact name of what I want. When I state my allergy to flour they listen & make sure I am taken care of safely. There's two women there I usually communicate with (Although I am embarrassed to say their names are slipping my mind) who are so accommodating & relatable. One of the ladies is always cracking a fun joke which has me leaving laughing & with a smile on my face regardless of the day I have had up until that point. The other woman is a sweetheart who takes time to ask about my day & is relatable, which I love as a customer because it takes the awkwardness out of the transaction for someone like me with anxiety. Food is always delicious, seasoned well & priced accordingly, in my opinion. My only small & really not even a complaint at all, is that the Salsa Verde sauce tastes different every time I order it which throws me off & is mostly just my OCD being weird about it not being the same every time lol. Other than that small/unimportant note, this place is always delicious & my number one choice for Mexican...
Read moreIt's a nice restaurant. It was a bit too loud there for me. The tvs were on and large families in a tight spot, the kind that if you are chubby you are gonna ram the person behind you. IT was also kind of crowded and close with the tables and with a lot of people in there it was really overstimulating with the noise so keep that in mind if it's crowded. You don't get your own personal salsa they brought 3 for a table of 8. I did ask for my own with my dinner and was given 1. Service was long but I think it was just so busy. That being said they were busy, so maybe I'm just biased to the Mexican food in my area. This was a try from out of town. My friends sure do love it though and I think it was due to the owners and staff being super welcoming and nice. Sorry, there were no photos this time, it was hot, loud and I just forgot. The food was good enough so if you are in the area do you stop in...
