Dunkin' — Restaurant in Trumbull

Unbelievably poor service at this Dunkin' Donuts if there was Zero Stars that's the score they would have gotten. There were two people working behind the counter a young lady and a gentleman who calls himself Kush. Of course he wasn't wearing a name tag. All I was looking for was one small coffee. I wasn't asking for a 3 course meal. I walked into the store at 20 minutes after 9 in the evening. They close at 10 p.m. I manage a store for a different company and if I ever pulled something like this person did and his coworker I wouldn't have a job much longer. It's freaking coffee! Make the customer a cup of coffee. Where is customer service these days?? This location has got an F for a grade! I think some retraining is do for the people closing the store because right before me there was a gentleman who also got turned away for a cup of coffee....

This location is in a small mall with its own entrance on first floor. (There's no drive thru) Parking lot is huge but there's no parking in front of dunkin itself. With that said many people throughout the day park in the fire zone right in front in the traffic flow. (Little walk won't hurt most, Sorry it's a pet peeve of mine) obviously during busy holiday shopping times this can become annoying. This store is busy and small. Staff does do great job moving people in and out quickly but orders, how are you today, condiment area and such...

I ordered a hot black tea with milk and sugar and a frozen mocha coffee. They made the tea perfectly and they have those cute fancy pyramid tea bags. The blended mocha was awesome. Loved it. (I think it was supposed to come with like fancy chocolate on the cup for design? But I don’t need that so I don’t care. It tasted good) it was ready fast and was easy. There is no restroom inside but there is one within the mall which it’s attached to and there’s no drive thru because it’s in the middle of the mall but...
