I have been coming to McDonald's for many years over 48 Yrs of ordering from Mcd’s itself but every single time I come to this location I am always having a difficult time with the Manager Juana .R on this day 7/31/2025 @6:05AM I order 2 egg McMuffins & they always cone with Canadian bacon these did not so after beeping my horn waving my hands knocking on the glass and she ignored me for 5 minutes finally asked me rudely as usual what was my issue I explained I was missing my Canadian ham so she reply's I can make them again but I am going to charge you for them & I explained I have never ever had to pay extra for there mistake & she again rudely replies you asked for egg McMuffins & I explained thats how you order them unless you say w/ no meat she was not budging not even an apology, I ended up arriving late to work because of this situation I am asking corporate to please replace her with some one more professional, friendly willing to help keep the customers happy and I mean no disrespect but someone that can understand & speak English a little better the majority of my issues with her are always a language barrier. Read moreUsed the Mobile app, pulled into the store lot and pulled into a "Drive-thru Reserve" spot? Had to repark into the mobile app spot? Opened app to say I was there and on closing out it asked me Drive-thru or mobile app. I chose mobile app and sat there as 6 parked Drive-thru orders were filled. A store associate asked me if I ordered, I said yes and had to continue to wait. Ok comes out, I drive home, Qrtr pounder deluxe was not made to order, the fries and burger were made at the same time. Perhaps when I ordered when I was at home? They said they were waiting to start my order, I don't think they did. The mc'd app says the apple pies are a two pack, I ordered two but didn't get 4 pies.
Don't get me wrong I love McDonald's and this store at 80 Hawley Lane is always consistent. I'm only submitting this negative experience because of my respect for the McDonald's organization. And yet, several times now have I gone out at 12:15am specifically to go to McDonald's Hawley Lane, only to get to the drive through 35 minutes before closing and NOT BE SERVED after waiting many minutes. It's frustrating, both morally and for my stomach—there are employee(s) inside.
