Ten Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Trumbull

It is still one of the best sushi places that I've been to in my entire life. True statement. Details are but they have the best Saketini. it is always worth every penny of the price and they put the cucumber rounded cube thin strands in this drink. It pops the flavors of the liquor in it and every sip you take it's like I don't want to waste this cuz I need to have more! Yes. The soccer team is are that good every single time and every single drink. And that is over the past 12 years. If you don't like sushi they have hot regular Japanese and Chinese food that's to die for! I always order Lemon Creme Tempura as an appetizer, the Lobster Roma Roll (not always on the menu so you have to ask but they always make it for you), and then the special ten Asian bistro roll, eel and avocado roll, pink lady roll,.... just too many to go into. Service is phenomenal. I always hear that it's going out of business because they are not clean and blah blah. This is so not true. Have a friend who is a food inspector for Connecticut. They never close. If they have points, they clean it up immediately. And if you look into this, every place that has food inside of a mall, will always have issues of creatures that get in. And that is 100% of food serving places. Give these people a chance and you will never regret going. There's only two or three restaurants that are special to my husband me. This is one of them. Food, service, atmosphere. Great experience...

Every time I get delivery there’s an issue. The delivery drivers are childish and ridiculous. Respectfully if you don’t like your job find something else to do. I didn’t have enough for tip yes I felt bad but I simply didn’t have it therefore I cannot give it. The drivers response was to crumble up the recipe and throw it on my porch and make remarks in his language but if I would’ve done the same I would be wrong….Just letting you know I’m a young lady who doesn’t have a job yet and just goes to school so as a MAN who probably has a daughter and a wife should know better then to act that way. The lady that owns this restaurant writes on the recipe “CASH TIP” basically implying that (WE) the customers are giving cash tip even if we say no tip. And another thing I was told is that they don’t speak English so that’s why the talk the way they do which is bullshit. If they can talk shit and say “you need to tip” or “next time if you don’t have tip pick it up yourself” ,then they speak English perfectly fine. At the end of me expressing how deeply upset I was she said next time just give him a dollar. Very professional right? Going in person is better but this made me not want to ever go again . Go in person for a good experience other wise you’ll be upset and end up calling...

I order from this place a lot, in person and delivery. The people who deliver are incredibly rude if you don’t give them a tip, one guy even argued with me and threw the receipt at me once I turned around, and another guy just makes a face and shrugs if you say you don’t have enough for tip. I called the lady at the front desk about this incident and she said that I should tip and defended the driver, very unprofessional. Today I ordered some food and gave tip thinking I gave a dollar and I check the receipt and the total was $4 less than what it said on the delivery app, I called a few hours later and explained what happened to the lady at the front and she told me that the delivery fee is tip for the driver, It should say that on the app. It’s not a far drive from the restaurant to my house and I definitely wouldn’t have gave him a $4 tip. The food is pretty good tho, I’d recommend going in person for a good experience. If you call and place an order for delivery please say no tip if you don’t want to tip when you pay, she will put cash tip on the receipt. There is never good service unless you go in person. I’m 15 years old and cannot work for my money, for these people to be so rude to a minor is beyond crazy, I could have called the cops...
