I had a terrible experience recently purchasing food for my family. I ordered three full meals along with two eggrolls on the side. After noticing that my order wasn’t fully for filled I notified the cook that I was missing the eggrolls from my order. He then proceeded to tell me that I could have them later and laughed along with the other cook. I then advise the cashier that I did not receive the eggrolls I paid for. She then referred me back to the cook once again who I watched her tell him that he did not for fill the order. He then motion for her to for fill the order while she was taking everyone’s money and creating their orders. I want again requested the food I had paid for and once again the cook told me that I could have them later. I then became upset because my toddler was upset and crying for food and I needed to feed her. At this point I am livid , and I asked for my refund and I told them that he shouldn’t be treating any customers like this whether it was discrimination or whatever his issue was. Read moreTerrible experience from start to finish. They completely messed up our order, and when we tried to explain the issue, nobody would listen. The workers were rude and acted like it was our fault. One of the guys even had an AirPod in the whole time while “helping” us, which shows how little they cared. To make it worse, when we asked them to fix the order, they fought with us and kept demanding a receipt — which we were never even given in the first place.
