Went through the drive thru and ordered a Mega Meal with peach pie and a grilled chicken combo with a peach pie and a honey mustard to go. Right off the bat, they put a sweet tea on the screen instead of a regular coke, which I corrected. The person taking my order asked me to check the screen to make sure if my order was correct and it was. When I got to the window and paid, the woman handed me the regular coke and and had filled a big container, stopped and poured about 2/3s of it out and refilled it with Coke Zero, which I had ordered. She then handed me two sacks of food. I pulled up to check my order and she had failed to put one of the peach pies and the honey mustard in the sack. I parked and went in and about a dozen people were standing in line to place orders. I walked up to the side of the register with the two bags of food and my receipt and stood there being totally ignored, even though I was holding the sacks up for them to see. I finally ask if I could see the manager and they called her. She immediately came to the counter and I told her what happened and she completed my order, apologized and gave me a coupon for a free cheeseburger combo. By the time I got home the food was barely warm, except for the fries which were cold. About 1/3 of the fries were little tidbits that reminded me of what you would find in the bottom of a barrel. This location has screwed up my orders before, after getting home with it and finding I was shorted items. That is why I always stop and check my order. Read moreFirst off, I'm trying. I don't want to rate bad, but today didn't make sense. I hardly ever go to Milo's, but thought we'd try something diff34ent. Went thru the drive thru... ordered got to the window and the lady said drive to the other side with the door and they'd bring the food out. Between being in line, parking, and having to walk inside to get my own food was around 20 mins. When I walked in, a girl picked the good up and brought around the counter. Didn't say sorry or nothing... not even hi. The fries were hot and fresh, but I ordered my daughter a min chicken nugget meal. The chicken wasn't even done. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with just lettuce pickles and cheese, there were onions on the burger and the burger was cold. So I waited 20 mins for cold not even done food? So I called to speak with the manager and told him what happened. He was friendly but kept telling me to keep the receipt and when they come back, they will remake the order... who said was coming back? When I asked for a refund, he stated I had to come back today for the refund... again I have a toddler and live out the way so I can't come back so the only thing they are willing to do is remake the order. Read moreMy family and I are huge fans of Milo's sweet tea, and we thought that we'd have a great experience during our first time visiting a Milo's restaurant. I'm extremely disappointed to say that it didn't turn out to be worth it. The server that took our order was thoroughly disrespectful to us and to the customers in line behind us, and the entire staff acted like they couldn't be bothered to work with a good attitude or move with urgency. My mother tried to speak to the server about something for our order, and we were afraid that she would've spit in the food or something of equal measure out of spite.
I saw the workers in the kitchen pick up food that they'd dropped and attempt to put it in customer's orders that they were putting together. The table we tried to sit at had half-eaten burgers on the floor underneath it, and the surface looked like someone just took a napkin to it and "wiped" it clean. The only place that seemed semi-clean was the women's restroom; and even then, there was toilet paper on the floor and the garbage can was overflowing. Needless to say, we ended up just taking our food to go and ate at the hotel we were staying in.
I can't say we'll be eating at this particular Milo's again, if we're in the area, and it's upsetting our experience wasn't good. I hope other customers who go there have a better experience...
