The "cook" thinks he's fooling people I cant imagine the owner being happy about how their business is being run by the employees. So I have to guess the folks that work here are the owners- because the food they gave me would have been grounds for firing in my opinion.

My son and I came here we wanted pho so I hopped right around the corner to this one- because- I almost didnt post a review its been a week- but I thought about it and decided I needed to- The "chef" gave us bowls with salted hot water and thought we wouldn't know the difference... I am not joking...I was in shock someone would do that- and when I told the waiter- this tastes like water- He just looked at me and said "no its soup" I should have taken a picture of just how clear the "broth" was it had 0 and I mean no anything in it. I have eaten pho thousands of times No Joke- So gaslighting someone who is an expert pho-a-holic? Madness

Disgusting... disgusting food, dusty dirty place with outdated decor, weird led curly lights and sticky alcohol bottles as decoration, wobbly tables and chairs, empty "construction" unlevel floors, Playing contemporary holiday music- weird off atmosphere.

They could have said before wasting anyone's time- we do not have any broth... and I would have left and not been too bothered- but to have the audacity- to put out bowls of water and watch to see if you fooled someone out of their hard earned money? 0 integrity.

Edit: I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. While the food and service was great, I went once in June and once in July, but they waited until September to charge my card. The money came out when they ran the card, but according to my bank, they have to "claim it" within 7 days or else it goes back into your account. I noticed it came out, but didn't realize it had gone back in. 2 months later, $90 comes out of my account. I called my bank to dispute the charges, after speaking with the owner of the restaurant who claimed to have no idea what happened. My bank explained that they just waited that long to actually charge my account. That is unacceptable, and I will not be back.

I've had several different things, pork, beef, rice, vermicelli, pho, and everything's been really good. Also, although the menu shows shrimp in the spring rolls, they are made to order, and you can get whatever you want in them.

The waiter didn’t seem too happy.🙁 He was short with us and not welcoming. That really left me not wanting to eat there but my kid wanted pho after a long ride from Virginia Beach. (And people have crappy days.) The pho was okay. Broth was okay. Noodles a little over cooked. They did not skimp on the meat so that was a plus. Ordered chicken pho but got veggie pho and that was okay because my other kid was grounded anyway. Veggie pho would definitely make the list of foods to give your grounded kid. She hated it and was pretty mad. I guess that’s a plus. We paid. Waited for the receipt to sign and tip but there was nothing. All in all, it wasn’t the worse experience -just awkward. Hope the waiter...
