Mama Wings — Restaurant in Tucker

I am a man of integrity, and am loyal to the restaurants in my local area. When I first ordered wings here I loved what I was getting, and enjoyed my food.

However, I realized that over time that they was only 50% of the time on point in the quality of the food. I remained loyal, and didn't complain, even though half the time the food was not good at all. Most of the time there was things missing in the order, or they just didn't do what you asked about the extras we wanted. Only the first few times they sent celery, and carrots like we always got, the rest they never sent it again.

I ordered for delivery today, and they told me that I was too far away. I reminded them that I had ordered many times (atleast 30 to 40 times) in the past, and never had even a question if they could come or not. They said that they were too busy to come 1 mile further then there three miles limit when busy.

After today, I will not be ordering from there ever again! If the homeowner sees this, and wants to make it right, I will see what he offers, but right now I stand firm with my decision......

I would think twice about ordering from here. You take a 50/50 percent chance you will be absolutely disappointed.

Shame on you guy's, and don't say you didn't know, because I explained to you that I was upset, and my concerns, yet you still give me no service when I explained who I was, and how many times I have ordered in the past.

I recommend you try the other local wing spots in the area, not...

If I could give a zero star, I would. NEVER EAT THEIR WINGS!!!I use to like their wings until one day I place an order for over $100 for my job. About a week later, I saw on my statement that this place had charged me twice. They charge me that day and then the following Friday. I waited a couple of days to see if the second transaction would drop off, but it never did. So, I called my bank and they confirmed that that place changed me twice, so they took off the second charge and reversed and sent me a new bank card. A few days later, the owner showed up at the security at gate at my job, demanding that they let her in the gate and stated she was from the bank and she needed to speak to me. Security notified me. Long story short, this lady showed up twice to my job and continued to call my job demanding to speak to me because I reverse the charge. At the end, we realized that it was her credit card machine that accidentally charged me twice and once they discovered it, they took it off. Well it was too late, because my bank had already reversed the second charge. So, she never decry any payment. Instead of her reaching out to me to talk to me, she harassed me and yelled at me and accused me of frauding her. So I brought her cash because I didn’t trust her to charge my card again. But I didn’t include the tip that originally gave her. So she continued to call my job and text me because I didn’t include the $5 tip. This lady is crazy!!!!!! Never buy...
