Okay the management really needs to retrain their employees on their customer service. Especially the female of Asian decent. I’m going to stop going there on Friday evenings for the simple fact I know she’s working and twice I had unpleasant encounters with her. Yesterday she was showing another employee how to work the TVs and she continued to point in the dining area where myself and other employees waited. When I went to get my fries that I sent back because there was a long hair wrapped up in them (no refund given). I told her “as someone who has over ten years of customer service, I wanna give you some advice… use your hand instead of pointing your finger. Especially with an area filled with people.” Her response was do you need ketchup? This was my second encounter with her.
My first encounter was a few weeks ago I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in ten mins.. I get up there around 20 minutes later and my order isn’t ready nor was it in the system. I told them they need a better system working if ppl call in an order and it’s not even entered so it’s not ready. She didn’t apologize and said well it wasn’t either of them… little girl ?? Read moreIf I could go lower than one star I would. The food is not good and is never consistent. I went there expecting that they were going be good as boy was I disappointed. I usually go to the one on chamblee tucker in the Walmart plaza but since this one is literally down the street from my house I tried it out one night I asked for my wings extra crispy and it's like the person preparing them totally ignored that request when I got the lemon pepper wings they were wet and the skin was so soggy. I made a promise that I would never spend my money there again. So today my boyfriend said let's get American deli and he paid for me a 6 piece with fries and he got a 15 piece with fries. A huge disappointment this time around literally. They forgot my boyfriends fries and the older Asian guy cooking made a batch in like w minutes but they were undercooked and soggy. The wings were so huge like they were pumped with steroids. This time I tried the hot wings and I asked for them extra crispy and once again they were soggy and they tasted funny. Read moreThe service was so bad here I had to contact the BBB and I will contact the CDC because I ordered a 10 piece half lemon pepper half honey BBQ and the LP wings were old and didn't taste good plus I didn't get my celery (I paid for 5 extra bleu cheese sauce). The honey BBQ sauce hid the other old looking wings so I called and told them about it and they told me to bring the wings back. I basically just complained about the LP wings but I thought they were just going to remake the order and make me happy. I get there presented with unprofessionalism, animosity and just plain ignorance. The customer is always right no matter what. They thought I wanted free food but I just wanted fresh honest food. Mr. Lee the franchise owner was so nasty and shouldn't be in business. The white fat lady manager need to be retrained or fired. Over $11.55?
