Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tucker

PAULA is the worst manger ever she's extremely rude and doesn't know how to give good customer service. She also seems to be an addict and was very on edge and acted like she was high on something like meth or rock, super jumpy n weird behaving and very rude and not professional at all, definitely needs to get fired she doesn't belong in the food industry if she doesn't know how to act and is a terrible manger. Plus the fact that she was obviously high on the job makes it more likely that i won't be spending money at this location. The girl up front name Katie was terrible as well n is why I asked for the manger in the first place and she seemed to not be doing her job and was on her phone the whole time she also seems to be on drugs as well. No wonder she wasn't giving proper service at all since she wasn't even coherent in the first place. I wanted to speak to the manger about this but she was also on the same energy and weird video with alot of attitude and a very unprofessional tone. I can't believe they hire people like this here. I just told her I wanted a large specialty pizza with stuff crust and she kept asking me to repeat myself and I did five times. She then started to act weird and I was patient with her assuming she may have a disability but the further we interacted the more I noticed that was not the case and she was just in drugs. You can do whatever you need to in your own time but to come to work literally incoherent is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Then to top it off the manger Paula behaved the same and was also incoherent. So sad to see and even after repeating my order she still didn't get the stuff crust on the pizza and ruined my dinner! I repeated it possible more than five times and asked her to repeat it back but she literally didn't and gave me an attitude first when I asked. I was professional and nice and patient with Katie and Paula. I behaved like a person with sanity while these two acted up, I made a comment to report this to the corporate and is up front but I didn't catch her name but regardless I can't come here anymore to deal with...

Do not order from this location. They claim to have no delivery drivers to deliver your order. Instead they use and outsource to Door Dash to deliver your orders. They use the excuse of "getting your order to you faster." That's a lie. I monitored the GPS and travked my order. The DD driver took my order across town to pick up another order instead of bringing my food directly to me. I'm less than a mile away from the restaurant, however I'm disabled and cannot get the food myself. Thats shouldn't matter. Customer service is imperative for paying consumers. Now i had to wait on my order while the DD driver waits for someone else's order. And its no guarantee that they'll come directly to me. I phoned the restaurant to inform them of the inconsistency and was told (by "Erhan" identified himself as the manager) that there's nothing they could do other than give a store credit. This location has no way of contacting management/franchise ownership. This location isn't American owned and they do not honor customer service in favor of the customers. Theres a a local pizza hut on Singleton, Rd thats only a mile further away. Do yourself a favor and Reroute your patronage to them instead. No one wants to support a business that has no way of helping or supporting their clientele if...

I went to order here because they wouldn't pick up the phone. But while I made my order there was someone in there waiting for there pizza. So they told me it will be about 20 minutes for my order. So I went somewhere and came back about 20 minutes the pizza was not ready so I waited on the inside like the other customer did when I was there making my order because they told me that it would be another 5 minutes. But they as me to wait outside and they will bring my pizza to me. I thought like why I can't wait inside like you had the Caucasian person did when I came in, I was like why I can't get the same treatment? But anyway I waited outside and they brought the pizza to me. I had to check it outside on top of my car instead of inside like other customers. Now I don't know if I was treated like this because I am black or they just disrespectful to certain customers that goes there. This is very disturbing and if pizza hut allow their workers to treat customers like that because of the color of their skin or because they are rude to certain customers are they shown better treatment to other customers and they show black folks they need to be sued and...
