Updated to add: I did follow through with the requested information, about a month after it happened, as I had not seen the response to my review. I have never heard anything back.
On June 15th, about 2-3pm, my partner and I went through the drive through in two separate cars, headed back to Ohio. I told the guy at the window I wanted to pay for the car behind me and asked him to please them my food. I explained that they were husband and son, and both my dog and I needed to use the restroom urgently.
He said no problem, and I pulled off. I parked, and while one of my other kids let the dog out, I ran inside.
My partner pulled up next to me and told that he was asked to pay more than the 35isn he was originally told and 50 dollars at Arby's for two people was INSANE. Our orders total were 75 ish dollars. Since he wasn't sure what was happening he paid thinking it was his food. I asked my partner if he had everyone's food though. He had been given half of our order and half of the 2nd order.
So I went in to retrieve the missing items and asked why my partner was asked to pay for his food when I had already paid for it. The guy and girl behind the counter started talking about how I started a TikTok pay it forward thing so they asked the car behind us if they wanted to pay for the car behind them... I said that they didn't give us half of our food, the food they gave us was half wrong, and we paid 130 dollars for Arby's for 5 people.
They offered me a free drink (we declined), and an additional side of cheese" (that should have been on one of the sandwiches to begin with) for the confusion and apologized...
The whole thing was absolutely insane. The food was Arby's, and was fine... But don't ever ask them to do something less than exceptionally straight forward, because you'll end up paying 50 bucks for a cup of...
Read moreNo greeting. I had to find my own order. The older woman was very rude. The younger man was so nice and friendly. I ordered $28 worth of food. Three XL sandwiches and medium fries. Asked for sauce and got a spiteful answer under the woman’s breath as if to accuse me of online ordering 7 Arby’s sauce and that was “all she had.” Asked for salt and they also said that it wasn’t on the order and pointed me to the salt bin. I left feeling like I had just been emotionally abused. I went straight home, running late and looking forward to my dinner (that I at least didn’t have to cook)and there was only two sandwiches. Well I guess they apparently couldn’t count as there were only two sandwiches. I paid for three and now everyone else got food but I was so annoyed that I called the store. The woman answered the phone and I explained the situation. Her response was shocking! “I checked that order and there were three sandwiches and I even checked behind the boy working!” She was talking so fast I couldn’t even tell what she was saying. She said I could come back and get it. I live so far it takes 40 minutes to go anywhere so I really didn’t feel like driving an hour for my “convenient “ dinner. I asked and she said she would write down my name and I had 2 days (including the rest of today 8/11/2025 at 8 pm). How generous and convenient, I thought as I hung up actually upset and hungry. $28 for a ruined family dinner. Now one of us goes without and we have to drive an hour for one...

No judgement on my five stars for a fast food BUT this location is it. We don’t do the fast food thing too often but when we do this Arby’s is in the top 3. Always clean, super welcoming staff, and for fast food… the chicken sandwich and brisket sandwich always taste fresh and great. The fries are pretty yum too. I have never NOT rung the bell on my way out. That's right, I am giving a fast food joint FIVE stars. Not sure that I have ever done that (besides maybe Whataburger) but this location in Vail/Rita is deserving. They opened up not too long ago in my community where we are hungry for services/options without having to go into town. I had not been to Arby's in probably 15 plus years, seriously. So my hubs and I head over for lunch one day and order the Brisket combos. This is not the Arby's I remember (in a good way), with lots more options to choose from. I gotta say that Brisket sandwich was pretty dang great. The young staff behind the counter were genuinely cheerful and friendly, the place was clean/spotless and we really enjoyed reintroducing ourselves to Arby's. Food, service and cleanliness at this location totally on point.
Ignore the haters that clearly only review when they have something negative to say... you all dazzled me with the curly fries, brisket and...
