Bear Canyon Pizza on Broadway — Restaurant in Tucson

My gosh where to start! Meagen was absolutely a delight. She has about 10 cocktails she's created i had tried about 4 and all perfectly balanced! She infused her own mixes and liquors at her age the knowledge and experience she has is truly amazing! Giving her the freedom and trust to do her thing says a whole lot about the owners! I am a wing and pizza guy and this place did not disappoint. I ALWAYS use ranch with my wings and did not at all here the raspberry Chipotle where a next level experience! I paired them with the canyonized (meagen recommended)which were also drop dead amazing! Had deep fried ravioli for the first time I do not like ricotta and these were amazing! The marina sauce is perfect! The spice is a little kick just to give ya that yee haw but not overdue! And I always get a margarita pizza as a good judgment and I have to say this place was tied with my number one (trident pizza). The crust was crisp bullfighting and airy you feel full but not disgusted. Marinara sauce is the best ive had ever. You can tell they use all top notch qaulity here all house made Sausage was amazing on the general pizza the focus of detail on everything here is truly awesome! The banana bread old fashion is now my favorite old fashion I've ever had such a delight such a great place and atmosphere I cannot say enough good things and am excited to try the whole menu. I have eaten here before and haven’t had the issues we had tonight. It was 40 minutes in and our food still wasn’t at our table but people who ordered after us got their food. We inquired about what was going on and they forgot our order but the kid pizza slice came out. We were told it would be out in 5-8 minutes. The sandwich and wings came out but the mac and cheese did not. After waiting another 15 minutes I went to ask for a refund because the rest of the table was about done eating. They said that someone else had the same order and it got sent to another table. They did give us the Mac and cheese and gave us the refund. I understand mistakes happen but this just seemed like too many in one experience plus no one acknowledging the mistakes until we brought it up. We like going here but if the service continues to be that way, we won’t be dining...

I have always enjoyed Bear Canyon pizza on Tanque Verde, and this new location is even better! It has an actual bar where you can get mixed drinks and wine along with the full line of beers on tap. The bar section also has full service by the bartenders. The regular dining section is exactly like the bear Canyon one with the same menu and where you seat yourselves and go up to order at the counter.. It also has a small kid area just like the tanque Verde one and also has a couple arcade games as well! It was not very busy when we were there, but by the time we left the bar area had filled up. It is not fast food equivalent to the tank of Verde location but...
