Well I gave all one stars because mainly the service and treatment I received. I had to go to the restroom badly. Well we decided to come here to use points and also order something so we could have a quick easy dinner since we had so much to do. As I'm using said facilities an employee with our knocking uses a key to open the bloody door and starts opening the door just walking in almost with me using the loo and being so exposed. Then as I leave to place the order my best mate said his mom was ready and outside the Albertsons further down the road where we left her to come do this. So we had to leave in a hurry. Well as we get to the car two employees come out and watch us going to the car getting in the car and I was like what the hell. This treatment is so bloody rude and shouldn't be allowed. They do have a sign that said for customers use only. Well we were going to be customers but with how what happened and the quickness of his mum being ready we couldn't order. I was however so upset I called the store to talk to the manager. Well upon getting him on the line he answer in such a tone of I could care less about what your going to say to me you stupid customer hurry up. He had a tone of distain and boredom. Upon telling what happened he said "oh yeah well customer normally come and ask us for the key because it's usually locked"
I said oh really then where is the sign for coming to get the key??? His reply!!!
"Oh yeah I guess we probably should put a sign up there"
So this place doesn't keep its customers informed of what they must do to enter the bathroom. And seeing as how the door was left unlocked we assumed we could use the restroom with no hassle.
While using the place I heard them knocking of the womens door and then opening it and checking that room more than once.
This was at 6:33 on Thursday the 1st of February in the year 2024.
I will never return to that burger king again and will be calling tomorrow to speak to their GM about what proper Instructions and how employees should speak in a gracious...
Read moreHow do you get them to add cheese to a sandwich when you order and pay for it? I used to live in PA, and our local BK was notorious for ignoring your request for adding cheese to your Whopper or Whopper Jr. It simply didn’t happen. Since that was the only drive thru place we had in our small town, I learned to simply buy the sandwich as is and take it home, remove what I didn’t want, add my own cheese, heat it in the microwave and enjoy my hot sandwich. I was NOT going to get my sandwich my way no matter what if I didn’t do it myself. So 6 years ago I moved here. With all of the other great burger places, BK was just a memory. I only stopped there to get my dog plain, cheap cheeseburgers as a treat. Tonight I was craving a Whopper Jr. with cheese, fries, and I saw they had chicken wraps. I downloaded the app, placed an order and picked it up. Halfway through my delicious sandwich, I realized something was missing. Yep. No freaking cheese! WTH BK! I looked at my receipt and cheese was on it. Why can’t you add the dang cheese??? Are you all mentally challenged when it comes to dairy? Seriously, what is it? Do I need a special password? Is there a special club? Do they teach you to gloss over that word? I’m simply befuddled by your inability to process that simple request. I figure the corporation owes me for at least 50 slices of American at this point. After I moved here, I saw someone back home passed a counterfeit $100 bill at my old BK. I’m sure it was someone trying to make up for all the cheese they feel they were cheated out of. 🤣 All of my food was spot on tonight and the service was good. It would have been perfect though, if the Cheese Fairy had visited my burger. It’s back to Culver’s, In N Out and Whataburger for me. Maybe I’ll be back in another 6 years when I get hungry for another Whopper Jr. I’ll bring...
Read moreI literally can’t believe what I heard and saw on my visit. Employee “Pam” was berating teen workers over orders that she walked away from as they worked diligently to make sure orders were correct for customers. To the point that she threatened to “whoop” all the kids working in there and their parents. This type of attitude and behavior is absolutely unacceptable. There was a pregnant girl that was working her hardest to be sure things were correct for customers and orders coming out and this woman was blatantly disrespectful and resorted to violence for the workers trying to do the right thing. This needs to be addressed immediately as this woman Pam is clearly creating a hostile work environment for everyone. And for an adult to threaten harm amongst teenagers, including a pregnant staff member is absolutely unacceptable. She needs to be addressed...
