Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Tucson

I came in and was greeted by a nice employee. As always the place was clean and in tip-top condition. I purchased 1 rad mint-chocolate chip scoop and ate in less then 20 seconds, right in front of the staff, who lets just say was more than furious to see all their hard, ice-cream scooping work go to waste on my gluttonous flab. Unbeknownst to them, I slipped the cashier a bit of extra cash to keep our mint-chocolate chip ventures under the table so to speak, as i'm ashamed of my addiction. But good Ol' America prevails, and I can't go without it for more than a week without feeling my ice cream induced rage build up into speeding down the street to get a cold spoon of cow extract into my adrenaline filled gut. Every time I leave this location, I feel like the staff has done more than enough for me. Including assist me in opening my car door, because "You really shouldn't have eaten 12 scoops man" counts for feeling sick. Whatever. I love their ice cream and will keep coming back until the mint-chocolate chip kills me. Seriously though. I've got one hell of a healthcare plan, and no broken bones. Baskin Robbins...

I had an unfortunate experience at this location with a young guy. I have included a picture with this review. It was me and another customer in front of me, as we were waiting for somebody she’s said hello, and this rude little boy popped up from behind the counter mouth full of burger and said out loud for both of us customers to here “ mother f’er!” he then continues to say every time I’m trying to eat. I said to him wow that’s a nasty way to respond in front of us, he gave attitude and I told him I would go to another location, he proceeded to tell me good leave. I took a picture of him and then decided to drive to the location on grant road, which was an extra 4 miles. I will not be coming back to this location, just rude and not to mention he didn’t even wash his hands. He went from mouth and hand full of a McDonald’s burger to putting gloves on and serving the lady in front of me....

I have been coming here for years and it has been just ok, but after tonight I felt I needed to submit a review. Upon entering I was immediately aware that the store was dirty, not messy because they just had a rush, but dirty. It was obvious the floor had not been swept or spot mopped all day or more. The ventilation vents and ceiling tiles were filthy with dust. Windows and doors were dirty, streaked and smudged. 90% of the ice creams were not labeled. Tubs were not scraped down and cleaned. Many ice cream flavors were empty or almost empty. Cases were in dire need of a defrost and the glass was dirty inside and out. Fudge heater was a mess. Topping jars were almost empty and dirty inside and out. Cake case was barely stocked. It really was hard to look at this store in such a shambles. I am a prior Baskin Robbins store Manager and this is just not how the Brand should be...
