Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Tucson

The manager ( I assume who it was since she had so much to say) was very rude from the beginning, I looked in my bag & seen regular fries , I ordered from the app so I thought I had ordered waffle fries. So I asked the nice lady to bagged my order “ didn’t I order a small waffle fry ? Can you double check for me “ that’s when it went down hill , the other lady who I’ll call manager kept saying we don’t have small waffle fries & kept saying thus for 2 minutes , so I just said I’ll go get my phone out of the car to make sure , when I checked my phone I did see I ordered the regular fries, then I proceeded to say “ oh you right I didn’t order those fries okay thank you “ she was rolling her eyes and looked at the customers next to me & started laughing , I just let it go . I then looked in my bag & thought it had American cheese not pepper jack ( it looked like American cheese with the barbecue sauce “ I go back in & asked that same rude lady “ I don’t think you gave me pepper jack cheese “ immediately she was soo rude & said “ I was the one who made the order I know for a fact it’s pepper jack “ I said “ lady I don’t know what’s your problem with me but I don’t have to lie , & opened my burger “ she goes & pick up someone else burger to show me that that’s how pepper jack look , but then she had the nastiest look on her face & was just soo angry . I said forget it grabbed my burger & said “ you don’t have to talk to me like I’m dumb “ she said “ well you are dumb “ I’ll never go this place again , I believe it was racially motivated because I came on with no attitude I didn’t accused no one the first time of making my order wrong & I wassnt mad about it or talked to the...

This location is always dead and it's easy to understand why while every other fast food location within a mile will actually have people there. When they actually put effort and get things right, it's alright. No reason to pick them over other fast food in the area. When they don't care and get things wrong, it's nothing but a headache. Wanted to get something to eat on the way home after work and was met with the most unpleasant person ever. I assume it was the manager because the person working the window went to get her when we brought up that the order was wrong.

We weren't mischarged, but the product we ordered was incorrect. They didn't even confirm what we ordered when we got the window, they just took the card and ran it. Then we got blamed for apparently not noticing it before they ran the card, despite giving the product afterwards. Instead of just charging the difference, canning the wrong product, and giving us the right one they fought tooth and nail to the point of even offering to give us the missing patties, by themselves. Pretty sure most places will take the wrong item, throw it away and make a new one, but not this place according to the manager. After a bad day at work, the last thing I want to do is argue with a manager who can't even do right by the customer. Thankfully she at least at the reasoning to refund the product when we asked for a refund for the second time. Now let's see if we actually get...

Greetings Everyone 😁I just would like to say that I am Amazingly Honored and Most Definitely Grateful to have come to this Superb Carl's Jr.#1 Is because of one of the Managers named Lorena is an Immaculate Person as well as a Tremendously Great Asset to The Carl's Jr. corporation.Mrs.Lorena makes coming to Carl's Jr. everytime a very welcoming one because of her Professional Attributes/Excellent Mannerisms, she's a Supremely Outstanding Hard worker who Honors her Position as a Manager who's Most Definitely on her A game in All areas, Whenever she's there,she makes sure her and her crew have the place Very tidy,,Fresh beverages,clean machines that the beverages are dispensed from , the food is very delicious and Fresh,😁the bathrooms are very clean,smell very Fresh and Sanitized with a fresh stock of toilet paper and soap ,ect for customers to use and she makes sure the sidewalks as well as the lot are well kept along with the beautiful scenery of the landscaping and Flowers remain very up to Par.
