HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I was headed to the counter to get a refill and she Sami butt she just turned around and gave me her back. I saw she was doing something so waited. No greeting no one moment or how can I help you nothing but as stated she clearly saw me and knew I was there. I said excuse me & I see her tilt her head a little bit over to her side but it's as if she chose not to listen and she just continued doing whatever she was doing. I then proceeded to say excuse me again and this time it was louder, the cashier guy looked at me right away, and he was also doing something, but the Brenda manager took a few seconds to even turn her head around. I asked can I please have a refill? (The reason why I went to the counter was because they did not have sweet tea in the self-serve at all.) Once I asked for the refill the cashier guy right away was about to start heading towards me but the manager Brenda said one sec in what seemed to me a bother tone and just turned her head around to continue doing what she was doing. I waited a few minutes and then she just walks over, right in front of me like nothing, to the drive-thru window and the cashier guy notices that and saw how I was upset at this point just waiting there so he heads towards me to refill my cup with a smile. He very nicely refilled my cup with no problem at all and the manager girl just came back as he was refilling it, she said something to him and laughed. I told the guy thank you once he was done and I asked for that manager's name and while he was answering my question the manager decided to now interact with me and said excuse me. I asked her for her name, which was Brenda. She also seemed to be covering her name badge at first. I always seem to have a problem with customer service here at this location whether it's through the drive-thru or in person. Whether there is no greeting or the whole tone seems sour as if they don't want to be there, except for that cashier guy he was really nice. I wish I would have got his name he was on top of his job and definitely made sure to provide great customer service. With this last visit I'm not even sure if I will be heading back to this location. This is not the first time and now that I got it from a manager it's just ridiculous. Read moreSo I went to Carls Jr. 7/2/25 in my brand new 2025 VW that I got the night before. As we are pulling into the drive thru up to the speaker so we can start our order the speaker falls on my vehicle and dents it pretty badly. Im pretty sure this speaker has been loose for quite some time because it wouldn't just fall over with a little wind. I wonder how often, if at all this speaker has been checked or maintenanced. The manager came out and was very apologetic and extremely nice and the staff even gave me a 20% discount on my order. I was advised that although the manager was not sure when, the team would be reaching out to me. I wasn't given any names or numbers so I am not sure who I should be waiting to hear from. I am scared to even go through anymore drive thrus now, I was so scared of being electrocuted when I got out of my vehicle. The excitement of having my brand new car with 10 miles and flawless , in less than 24 hours was taken from me due to negligence and poor upkeep of Carls Jr. I was advised by VW that the entire front driver side fender may need to be replaced due the depth of the impact and this will inconvenience me because this is my ONLY vehicle and I can only hope that everything goes smoothly throughout the...
Read moreWill not be able to eat lunch today thanks to the cluster going on at this place, but they're one that specifically has it designed so that you can't escape their drive thru, so I can't leave to go anywhere else. I thought it was a safe bet considered there were TWO cars ahead of me... The cars before me ordered through the speaker, and I just heard the one directly behind me be able to order through the speaker as well. There is a sign that says to let them to know when you're ready because it doesn't alert them when cars are there, so I told them I was ready. They told me to wait then told me I need to go to the window to order. It took me 10 minutes and I'm still not even to the window, so if they haven't taken the order to start the food at that point, there's no possibility of getting it in time. I'm just trapped sitting here hoping that I at least get out in time to get back to work on time without eating.
