04/06/20: Constructive criticism review here. If you want to know my general feelings about this place, read the third paragraph from a couple of months ago. I'm offering up some critiques and adjusting my rating given a couple of bad service moments from you guys. As I've stated before, I generally love your restaurant and eat there often but you gotta fix some things. Here are my two complaints. The first is, yesterday I got some pretty not good service. I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that they were out of beef ribs and they told me to substitute the ribs for something else. I explained that wasn't necessary and that they could just discount the ribs from my order. But instead of doing this, they just refused to do it and after a back and forth, and some side conversations with other staff, it became apparent that the reason they were forcing me to substitute was because they simply just didn't know how to discount an item from the register. This is pretty not professional. The ENTIRE STAFF didn't know how to do this? They explained only "one guy" knew how to do this. And even if this were true, couldn't you just take my order again? Ridiculous.

On another occasion, my partner ordered a meal in-person. They packaged it and set it on the counter and time passed. They called out to others for their food but not to her. She watched them do it. They never once came out to her or called her name to collect her food. Almost 12 minutes passed since they set it on the counter before she approached them, asking for her food. They told her "oh, we called out to you." No, they didn't. They pretended that they had done their part, when they hadn't. Again, it's ok to make mistakes, but when you pretend that you didn't make a mistake to save face, that's worse. Your food is good you guys, and you generally provide fast, reliable service but you've goofed up a couple of times now and I'd like to bring it to your attention.

02/06/20: It is by no means the best Asian place that you will find in Tucson. But if you live in the area and you have a craving for Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai or other types of East Asian cuisine, you can't go wrong. I'd say the three biggest things this place has going for it are- the prices (which are fantastic), the speed (they'll have those things ready for you in 5 minutes. It's honestly insane), and the variety. You can find pretty much all the normal American Chinese dishes along with a bunch of other choices from different East Asian countries. When this place first opened up we used to go all the time but my first problem happened awhile ago when me and my family went to get food here I ordered the blackened chicken when they gave us the order we realized they had the other three meals but forgot the chicken. So we told them they made it but they rushed it and didn’t cook it long enough I ate it and within 20 or 30 mins I was dealing with both throwing up and diarrhea that lasted atleast two or three days. I had not gone back for a long time until three days ago I went with my dad and I ordered the beef and broccoli thinking it’s hard to mess that up. I ordered and it came out within maybe three mins I started eating it and realized immediately that again it was severely undercooked the broccoli tasted like it was raw and hadn’t hardly been cooked at all the beef part was the same tasted like it had hardly been cooked at all sadly the only thing that was decent enough to eat was the white rice. So I basically paid about 15.00$ for some white rice. I love on social security and I hardly ever eat out because it’s so expensive and I will never waste my money here again. I would like to think maybe this happened because it was so busy but we were the only people there besides one other table of 4 or 5 Air Force guys. I will not be going back I will not throw my money away here ever again. Even if I was offered a free meal I would honestly be scared to death to eat it. I don’t ever wanna get...

I have been to hot wok many times! food has always been great! but not today...I go into hot wok and order the orange chicken meal with an extra side of orange sauce, I drive all the way out to rita ranch to finally eat, open the box to find that they didnt put any sauce on the chicken just the side, which I paid extra of .50 cents..whatever I wasnt gonna complain..so about half way through my meal I notice a a shinny object, i pick it up and it appears to be a piece of metal, so I call the restaurant and tell them and they offer another plate for me, I said no thankyou I just want my money back..so I drive all the way back from rita France with the remaining of my meal and the object...I walk in a nicely put the object on their desk..she offers again another meal. I said no I just want my money back..so while shes doing the refund she says shes only giving me 7.55 back not the 8.05 that I paid, so I asked her why and her response with an attitude said well there was nothing wrong with the sauce, I told her we dont know that, the object could have came from the sauce, so she finally returns my money to me, having an attitude the whole time...I understand things happen, bit start paying more close attention to what your serving to your customers...of it would have been my kids eating this there would have...
