Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Tucson

This Sonic does not even deserve 1 star. I only put 1 so i can write a review. So my husband and I have had small issues here and there with this Sonic, mostly them just messing up my ice cream order. They've always been decent, and fairly quick. But this time was the worst experience I've had with any fast food restaurant. First off, their website says they're open until 1 am, so my Husband and I get there at about 11pm. There are about 6 cars in the other stalls. We pull into a stall, push the red button and the wait begins. It took the girl 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. We proceed to order TWO shakes. A hot fudge with cookie dough bits, and a chocolate shake. We pay and then we wait. And we wait, and we wait some more. Then we see that the screen says "the car hop will be right out with your order." And so we wait, and we wait. About 25 minutes after that message popped up, we push the button to ask where the shake is. She says, "Sorry, we're really busy. " About another 10 minutes pass by and finally she comes out with our TWO shakes. She doesn't offer us spoons, just hands us our shakes and straws and walks away. And guess what? My shake was wrong, and my husband's shake was practically chocolate milk. So we push the button, and about 10 minutes later she speaks over the intercom, and she says she'll send a manager right out. 10 minutes pass by, and no manager. So we get out of the car and we wait by the door, because this is literally the worst experience ever. The carhop walks out, we tell her we're still waiting, and she says, "hold on". I'm assuming she was saying some mean things about us to the manager because he just smiled and continued to stock lids, even though he sees us standing there waiting. He finally decides to come out and gives us our money back, after he gave us some attitude. And through all of this, they turn the lights and the menus off at about 11:45pm. DO NOT GO...

The bring your own seat and sit in a minimally ventilated cabin with other adults Making safe dining impossible is scientifically not misguided but Criminal . People who come here on the bus on a scooter electric bike roller skate skateboard and even people who drive here should enjoy the tables Or Take their food to the lake Just south of here If not Tailgate it D u h. I think they still have half-price milkshakes during the happy hour Meaning don't you dare try to buy one when the price is ridiculous . Fresh milk and cream have their own sugar in them especially after you mix in The organic blueberries And such . Like the car wash on Pantano and Broadway Entirely downhill from here There is lots of roofing But this place was built before solar panels were cheaper than tar . They should have cording they have all of the Dining parking spaces covered with wild blackberries Or wheatgrass If not just Mulberries For The Gourmet Indeed drive up and turn your engine off EV driving or not car crowd . Like the drive-in That people drive hours for Without having a high-speed electric charger waiting for them or frankly a movie like speed charger at every Space We have to wonder what is going on Drive-in movie theaters are natural Electric car Rest stops Panasonic is just a drive-in movie theater without The land . This business should be packed 24/7 during the pandemic Offering Radiant Heating and fan forced ventilation to all . Went there and almost half of their drive up screens were non functioning . we had to move our vehicle 3 times before just deciding on using the drive thru. Our order was taken and as we arrived at the drive thru window the female employee informed us that they were all out of whipped cream and asked at that point if that was ok. Seeing that they had already made the milkshakes we just decided to go ahead and get them anyways. We received our items we ordered and they were disapointing to say the least. The BBQ chicken pieces were barely covered in BBQ sauce and were lukewarm the coney dog was also barely warm and was so tiny it was not as expected tots were cold and to really make the whole visit not worth the 20 something dollars we paid was the regular cheesecake and oreo cheesecake were not even any different. After we both inspected each of them we realized they were slightly different there was maybe one oreo cookie worth of cookies in the oreoo cheesecake shake it was so disappointing because that was the main reason I chose to visit sonic because my past experience was excellent it was one of the best shakes I'd enjoyed. Needless to say I'm hoping it was just the location we chose and not how any future trips to other sonics will be if we decide to give them...
