Raspados el Paraíso — Restaurant in Tucson

When I say I'm in other shock and I feel completely disrespected that's an understatement! I have been raving about raspados and getting Street corn going for weeks now! So happy when I had the money to get what I wanted and found this place on east side! I went in and I ordered a risotto and sweet corn after ordering I was looking at the menu and I saw street corner with chips and chips with meet with them and stuff like that I wanted to add chips to my three corn and possibly some meat and so I offered to pay the difference the guy told me not that I have money left over which didn't make sense to me because when I was adding it up it was the same price or a little more but because he told me over and over don't worry about it's fine I was just super excited to get my drink and snack well I got my corn and chips and I can't see everything properly unfortunately so I guess that's where there was communication error and I'm sitting there and I didn't get anything else and then finally I got another big huge thing of street corner which I didn't need a whole other loader of it so I wait a little bit I don't get my drink and I go tell him like hey I'm going back didn't get my raspado and I don't know why I was given a really large order of the corn ! So can I please get a respond home he go ahead and ring me up for another $9 drink mind you I'm already charged $20 for chips with corn and one drink!!! And now I'm at $30 for just me! He started being Super rude with me when I ordered the rispado and I was trying to tell him that I didn't need the corn! Anyways you rings me up I go sit down very upset I get my food and it make sure that I do not touch the Cornell I was just giving you a second for me to cool down and hopefully he would let me explain him a little later on why I wanted to be refunded for that corn... But right as soon as he's done with my drink he's gone ! I finish my food and I was very disappointed in my responsible they're pretty much only ice in it I asked for ice cream and paid for it and I don't think I got any I also didn't get leche a like on it I had to put on my own anyways I want to go talk to the other worker that was there she pretended that she could not speak with me at all and then she called the other person they're on the phone they yelled at me saying it was my mistake all of his stuff I told him I'm sorry like I thought there's a barrier I don't know how to prevent down some things but I don't deserve to be charged $9 for something I did not eat at all and or want ! They were just like okay we'll refund you but if he's taking any food out of any of this you're not getting in the refund which was really upset because I had the food right there and that's all I did not touch it at all and then when your phone I only took two drinks of the risotto and it was very watery it just did not just good at all so I told her you know what I just don't even want that either take both of them give me my money back and then she gave me the money for the chips and told me no way she was not going to get any money for the drink so she just refuse completely refused to do it I agree with her for a second like telling her hey you cannot do that like this is unfair like can you at least you're make it just let me know and then there was a hole in the cup ask for her and just a new Styrofoam cup and she wouldn't even do that for me worst customer service experience I've had in a long time I would not recommend anyone to come here as of right now I cannot believe how they...

I order through door dash 1 fresas con crema y un tostielote for pick up it advised my order would be ready between 4:10 and 4:15 waited until 4:20 just in case got to the drive thru waited another 10 minutes for them to answer when they finally did she said they didn't have the fresas con crema only the tostielote I said fine I get to the window and she hands me the bag I asked for the refund for the strawberries she acts like she doesn't understand English but answered the intercom in English. My husband and I ordered delivery with Uber eats. We were a little concerned with what we ordered because of the chips becoming soggy from the time they made the order until we received it.
