Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

This Little Caesers deserves zero stars. Idk if they’re this bad all day but I stopped in at this location around 6pm to order the new “Fancier Pepperoni” with extra cheese because I like my pizzas cheesy and usually they just don’t put enough to my liking. I have no issues with paying extra for extra cheese, dbl cheese whatever I ask for. As I asked for my “Fancier Pepperoni” customized with extra cheese the kid at the counter seemed confused and asked the manager (a little short rude mexican male) told me they would not do it because those pizzas are as is and cannot be customized. Since when?! Any pizza can be customized and charged for the customization’s. You’re making them. They’re not coming pre-made but either way how dare you tell a paying customer that they can’t have something they’re willing to pay for because you’re lazy and just don’t want to. Mind you I’ve order this pizza like this at several different Little Caeser locations with no problem and paid for my extra cheese. For the night manager to flatout tell me I can’t have it and when I politely asked… “really, I’ve gotten it at many other location’s as I requested this way” he still stated “NO” so I said “ok I’ll go to where I know I can”. I shouldn’t of had to leave and drive elsewhere especially for such a simple request. As I stated that, the manager smartly replies “Thank you have a nice day” as though he assisted me in anyway and made me my pizza (absolutely rude, unprofessional and unnecessary) That manager needs to either be better trained on Customer service or demoted. Matter of fact if you hate your job that much just quit. Don’t make customers suffer because of your horrible attitude towards your job. That’s not how you treat customers period. You can add the old world pepperonis to any pizza as you can customize it online as well so there shouldn’t have been an issue at all. I left and went to another Little Caesers and got my pizza made how I asked and paid for. Avoid this location. Horrible customer service and rude, ZERO STARS! I will never stop here again even though it’s the closest to me I’ll make the drive for better...

Called an hour before closing. The phone just rang and rang. Got there to put in an order and did a recording of the phone constantly ringing. No one even attempted to answer it to take an order. Then got the pizza and went home. The pizza was old and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Very poor customer service and we didn't, of course, eat the large paperweight

Went again last week, week of October 31st and again the phone just rang and rang. Called for an hour and a half trying to get someone to pick up the phone. By this time, I had, had it and when I arrived, I walked in and said, "Don't you guys ever answer the phone?!" I wasnt yelling but you could tell I was frustrated. Instead of apologizing and taking my order, or taking my order and offering me something free, the one guy told me I could go down the street to the other pizzaria. He was very rude and sarcastic. I told him I have a sick child at home that I need to get back to and he could have cared less. He was basically telling me where I could stick it. He was tall, I think red hair and all white uniform. The other guy came back around and asked me what I would like.

Tonight, my son went inside while I hung out in the car and tonight the pizza was actually not to bad at all. I don't really care for pizza, but this looked like they really did cook the pizza and not just give us one that's been sitting under heat lamps for 12 hours. It was freshly cooked. Even the cheesy bread looked delicious. I had a piece of the pizza and two little strips of the bread. It tasted good. Not bad for Little Caesars....

This was the worst experience! Had to wait for an hour and still got COLD food. I asked for a refund and was refused and IGNORED! Lied to! The crew had many people waiting and instead of admitting defeat they were determined to make the sell and didn’t care the QUALITY of food they put out. I was late for work and wasn’t given hot food- how horrible is that and the girl at the register played dumb to avoid customer complaints- clearly a lie as well but it was unprofessional. Work was being done perhaps electrical and if that was the case they could have shut down for an hour but nope they continued to take orders they KNEW they could not fill! I would have gladly gotten a refund, gone some place else and been to work on time. Each time I asked for an update I was lied too- 10 minutes-5 minutes yet it was over an hour.
